Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Malaysia4th bed is a pull out bed where you extend out the bed, the door will not be able to open. If you leave the door open, the bed is not able to fully extended. End up one of us has to sleep on a 2 person couch. Heater tank is small and will not be sufficient for the 4th person, unless the 3 person who shower earlier has to shorten the showering time.
The staff is very friendly, despite our late arrival, the staff is still very attentive. Very clear and good explanation of door access, lift access etc.

Had an amazing stay here. The apartment was very complete, fresh bedsheets, towels, netflix on the tv, cold air conditioning, pool, shops and restaurants downstairs. My family enjoyed it very much.

IndonesiaIn main bed room we smelled the cat's urine. In another bed room we smelled the cat's poo. The tab in the sink needed to repair. If we didn't turn off properly it made annoying sounds. Every time we turned on it, it made horrible sounds, too. We just got two fresh towels even they knew I booked it for 3 or 5 people.
I like the interior design of apartment generally.
