IndonesiaGood experience , It was nyepi ( Islands Festival of Silence ). Hotel made it extra special by providing us with proper information , breakfast , lunch, and dinner during that particular day . They provided breakfast every day for us, including an additional meal for my 9-year-old boy . Thou the breakfast comes with a menu, not like a standard Hotel buffet set up . Oh , the bed , could I bring it back home ? So, comfortable. The staff , very friendly , Pak Wayan ( The hotel security ) and I had a good chat ( Hello to you ) see you again soon pak . The pool was impeccably clean and maintained . The room's layout is kind of unique , The bathroom is clean , and the water is not smelly like other hotels usually filled with chlorine odor , this one always had hot water and was not stinky. I loved the stay , If I do visit Ubud again. ARTOTEL is my choice for sure .

GermanySimple and elegant design. Beds are very spacious and comfortable. We had a lot of luggage including surfboards and the staff was very forthcoming with bringing it to our rooms and storing it on the day of departure. One day day of our stay while I was sick, the reception and checked in with me if there was anything they could provide me with. Outstanding hospitality. Also the airport shuttle was very convenient and was of the staff members drove us!

SingaporeWill be great if there is a connection door for hotel guests to walk to Flock restaurant instead of making a big turn out from hotel and enter from a separate door to the restaurant.
Staff is friendly. We love the massage facility in the hotel as it provides privacy & convenience. We love the breakfast at Flock too. The waitresses are warm, polite and friendly. Food is good and we love the restaurant ambience.

Good area for walking to central Ubud, Monkey Forest, shops, and markets. Highly recommend Lynked (upper and lower) restaurants, Golden Monkey restaurant and Milk&Madu. Flock restaurant next door is convenient and tasty. Worth including breakfast with your room. Bagus and Agus are excellent drivers and tour guides. The staff is very attentive, helpful and accommodating. Private patio on first floor rooms, preferred over balconies. Would definitely stay here again. A big thank you to all the staff.

Also my first time experience is, hotel put you every day in the room two bottles of water for free. Rooms are extremly clean, as it should be. They also have their own taxi driver. Very on the level amd very professional. Just the best, no bad word.

United KingdomWe loved our stay at Artotel. This is by far the cleanest hotel we have experienced during our 1 month stay in Bali. No bugs, no dirt, no mould. The hotel staff are doing a fantastic job at keeping this a beautiful friendly and clean hotel. I wish I had time to try the Spa as it looked lovely. The pool is perfect. The discounts for Flock Cafe next door is excellent (and the staff there too!). The complimentary cookies and tote bag were amazing and so thoughtful. Thank you.

United States1. When you’re laying in bed, the air condition hits you right on the head and you freeze and if you turn the air conditioner off, it’s too hot. You can’t breathe. I wish they would’ve adjusted someway. 2. The pool was not usable for some reason we would’ve loved to go in it.

SwedenMe and my husband loved our stay at the Artotel. I was poorly so stayed mainly in our room, but it had lovely architecture and design and interior of the rooms was perfect. Despite being ill I was able to rest and enjoy my stay from bed. My husband and our friends, enjoyed the pool and spa facilities. The staff were also so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here next time in Ubud!
