Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. I’ve been to better villas but they were for sure better in facilities and locations but now talking wisely this is very good value for money a nice small swimming pool a nice bathroom area and one bedroom Only the street where the villa located is bit spooky But in total you win for the amount you pay I’ve stayed only 3 nights with breakfast varieties are limited but you can survive for 3 nights Plus staff are helpful for sure and they are willing to help you and welcome you always with their smile all the time

IndiaBreakfast quantity was lesser. Maintenance can be improved - Wood around glass was eroded by termite and hanging clothes were torn at some places. These didn't cause discomfort anyway.

IndonesiaHonestly i love travel around ubud because the place is really relaxing. But this is the first time i have bad moment.. Started from find the location is not really really on the point.. i need to looking around in the dark😔 When i am check in the reception seen like not profesional because they didnt know my reservation and what kind of room i have booked. The first i have room upstair but i really mention that i want to have room near pool.. and when i asking the room they show me but the bad thing i have the sheet torn. I will show you by video i was taken. I told to reception that i will pay for the room tomorrow because I am tired after a long drive and business meeting.. but they knock on my door many times for asking payment.. it"s annoying me. The wall need renewall because the smell so wet. They need to post google map to the point. Overall i love the place.. really relaxing.

AustraliaWell where do i start. There was Mold all over our blankets like they weren't even checked. Under the pillow case The pillow was full of MOLD! so please check before actually paying for the room. No Toiletries were replaced nor the bottles of water. The WIFI is so POOR. The TV is only in Indonesian. Lovely staff though.
The Staff was the only thing we liked. The younger girl helped us with so much. The other ladies will just say "Sorry I don't understand. Breakfast was good. If your a big eater do not order the pancakes because it's literally one thin slice.

Russiathe main - stole or just put into the garbage our snickers ( cost more then 500$), said that they will talk with manager about compensation and after JUST IGNORING us. So, if you book it - you to be ready to lose your clothes/money and nobody will help you. Also: MANY mosquitos, frogs, cockroaches No sofa in the room or kitchen, so it is really uncomfortable to try to chill sitting on a simple wooden chair. TV from another century. Everything need renovation.
