Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

TaiwanWe stayed at the other room far from the main road but the bathtub was leaking. So we moved to the other suite room with window to the main road (Jln. Pasteur), it was very noisy at night. It's too bad that they put the suite room at this position, my family cannot sleep well at nights.
The location is good, lots of good restaurant and food stalls nearby.

IndonesiaWell, the location is in the city, so there isn't really much of a green environment. The swimming pool is a bit small. The parking area in the basement is not adequate, so we parked at a designated area across a neighboring hotel. Also the noise from across the hallway and the street traffic comes through.
The room is clean, the hotel in general is well-maintained, and the staffs are helpful and friendly. I really like the room. The design was thoughtful. The choice of food at breakfast makes me happy. Varieties of bread and sweet stuffs come in plenty. They will make you sandwiches and cotton candy. There's cheese, yogurt, indomie, jamu, kebab, soto, bubur... I was all smiles during breakfast. We got a deal for the family room for three persons and breakfast was also for three persons. The location is in the city so if you need to go to places in the city it's a perfect fit.

Room was spacious. Overnight parking is available for guests. Breakfast buffet has heaps of variety and some of them change everyday. Nearby mini mart and restaurants.

SingaporeOf the 3 elevators in the main lobby that serviced all floors, only 2 were working throughout our 5-night stay, which made the waiting time really long.
1. EXCELLENT customer service from all staff across all departments. Extremely polite, accommodating & professional. 2. Rooms were spacious and clean. Housekeeping team did an amazingly thorough job of keeping the room spick & span on a daily basis. 3. Breakfast spread was simply incredible. Beautiful setup with great choices and options for all ages.
