Nothing in regard to the hotel. Just the roads around the island.

My partner and I loved how isolated this villa was. What lacks in the bumpy ride to the villa, makes up for with the stunning view, incredible hospitality from all the staff and the serenity of peace and quiet making this an amazing experience. There’s also a lovely French style restaurant just down the road if you want to treat yourselves, I recommend the lamb shank and steak.

Amazing little gem in beautiful Nusa. Exceptional staff and service, great food with Bali prices, and super cute vibe. Just do yourself a favor and book it. I promise you will not be disappointed.

I seriously can not split any hairs to make something up..... If you take a tour suggestion from them, a local will provide the service, which I loved! We did have air conditioning but it was definitely a local vehicle and not a newer vehicle you would see other private drivers using. I personally love knowing a local received our money and not a big wig corporation.

Everything! Seriously, everything! The food, the staff, the room, the private pool we hadl, all top notch with big taste and elegance! Wow!!+ I have a severe food allergy that can kill me and they worked very hard to be creative in the kitchen so I could have verity, so incredibly kind!

There were lots of insects and birds making noises which were making us scared at nights. And after 10pm no staff member is there to look after.

Property was excellent and wonderful. Views were breathtaking. Staff was very humble, kind ,helpful and sweet.

There is nothing I can think of that would make this place better than what it already is.

Having breakfast Infront of the breath-taking views this place has to offer was certainly a highlight of my trip. The sunset views were also just as sensational. The staff were attentive particularly Diana as she doted on our every request. The activities they have to offer and recommend were wonderful. We chose to go on a private snorkelling tour to see the Mantarays at Manta point and went on a East Side tour of the Island as this was the side we were interested in seeing the most. They made sure on every tour to take lots of photos of us which we were very grateful for. The rooms are comfy and spacious. If your a dog lovely they have the cutest dogs that come to say hello. There is a lot to like about this place.

A dream hotel. Out of the ordinary. The view on the forest is stunning. The rooms are absolutely perfect. You have to try such a hotel once in your life. Congratulations to the designer, we could not find any default in the decoration and management.

The location is excellent, great views from the pool and restaurant. Staff was very responsive and made our stay very pleasant. Atalaya restaurant was solid and affordable and we ate there many times, but there are actually really good local restaurants nearby too. Atalaya Villas is very calm and peaceful location which we appreciated a lot. Atalaya's dogs were also really friendly :)

The resort is fantastic, with nothing to complain about, but getting around the island can be tricky. The roads are very narrow and navigating them, even on a scooter, felt a bit precarious, so we spent most of our time at the resort. There aren't many nearby shops or places to go within walking distance so would recommend using the resorts scooters they have available for rent. It’s also worth noting that there’s a fee to enter the island and additional fees for most beaches, which we didn’t know beforehand. Despite these challenges, the resort itself more than made up for it with its excellent service and amenities!

This was hands down the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel, and I couldn’t believe it was complimentary! The pancakes were amazing, and the fresh-made juices were a perfect start to the day. We loved the restaurant so much that we ate there throughout our stay at the villas. The staff were incredibly professional, polite, and always attentive, quickly providing fresh towels or anything else we needed. A lovely bonus was how amenable they were—they even let us borrow a scooter for a quick 5-minute trip to a nearby shop when it was pouring rain so we didn't get soaked, free of charge. They also were great at sending us a Whatsapp beforehand so we could arrange transportation to and from the ferry which definitely made things a lot easier. As an active couple, we appreciated the thoughtful touches like yoga mats, which allowed us to work out either on our porch or on the grassy area on sunny days. The pool was beautiful, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. It was also a relief to stay in a spot that was spotless and completely bug-free—unlike anywhere else we stayed during our trip to Bali (Ubud, Uluwatu, Seminyak, Nusa Penida). Highly recommend this place for anyone planning their next adventure to Nusa Penida! :)

Remote. Tough to access certain other sights on Nusa Penida but seems typical of most upscale resorts on the island.
