It seemed like they were understaffed and unhappy with their jobs. The menu is waaaay overpriced, it’s better to go to the bar to the left of the hotel, through the beach. The breakfast was pretty bland.

We stayed in room 1216, it was right next to the staircase to go down to the swimmingpool. The pool was great, though the water extremely warm. The private beach was awesome, though full of seamoss on the sand.

The bathroom smelt very musty and the hotel could’ve been cleaner, dirt and hair under the beds and the stairwells were dirty.

It was in a great location and the breakfast was really good, the staff were really lovely.

Bathroom and bedroom furniture are rundown due to an upgrade I'd say. Bathroom tiles and shower curtain were moulded and grouts are in need of a refreshing touch. Same with the toilet basin. These are details that will make a huge difference and will tick all the boxes for value for money. Towels were old. They need to renew with fresh ones. Pillows aren't the best. Linen in general was good. Aircon was leaking, understandably given the high level of ambient humidity this can occur but water was dripping so this is a hazard.

The outdoor garden and pool as well as the dining area are really nice. Pool was definitely great and I loved to be at the pool. Having a private beach is great and you can walk and connect with other hotels. The buffet breakfast was massive and tasty and it's all you can eat. I really enjoyed the tropical fruit options. Staff is lovely and they will look after you.

WiFi was terrible. Nusa Dua is very boring nothing to do hardly any nice restaurants. Hotel should supply push bikes like the other hotels. Beach front needs to be looked after better. Didn’t fancy going in the sea as it looked like stagnant water.

When you plan your vacation to Bali, try to avoid rainy season which starts in Novembar. It is very hot with high humidity so it is hard to adapt. I didn't like the room because it has no balcony and I didn't see that on booking.com, so I change the room and had to pay extra.

I like the pool very much it is nice for swimming and relaxing, breakfast was enough but it could be more various. Wi-fi is good. Beach is really close you are looking at the ocean from the pool area. They provide a towels for the pool and beach. Double bed is so large, it is enough for 3-4 people. So it was more than comfortable for 3 adult person. Staff is great, super welcoming and very polite and helpful.

The bathroom was tiny, the curtains were durty and the europien dishes was not so much just only toast bread, milk, cereal and eggs. Unfortunately, thare are a lot of small ginger ants every where in the room.

We have a deluxe room with additional service, so it was a quite big room with a swimming pool and sea view. There is a space balcony, mini bar with the water, changed every day.

We had a lovely stay at the Relaxing Resort and Spa. The pool and surrounding area with the sunbeds and access to the beach is fantastic and a great place to spend the day. Breakfast is also pretty good as are the rooms. On our last night we had dinner at the restaurant, which we enjoyed too!

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The location was good walking distance to a number of restaurants and just a $5 taxi ride to Bali collection and also close to a number of beauty spa. Beach front resort with paths to beach market. Pool was a good size for the number of people staying the resort.

Terrible TV . Poor quality. Poor sound . Zero instructions re Channel menu, English availability. Very cheap electric Jug, loose lid, wobbly on stand. Restaurant menu quite limited. Very basic. Breakfast Juices were : Water, or a watery orange fruit juice drink (Not Orange Juice). Toaster was pathetic. Everybody had trouble with it. It only did one side, and had to do twice (at least). Not enough cooling Fans (one at each end only), very warm as open to pool and no A/C. Prices for lost/ broken items very excessive eg lost room card : US$30 !! Cup/saucer : US $5 each, etc.

Breakfast was typical for a Bali Hotel. Pool was very clean. Room was fine.

The seats at the beach were few and most times were always occupied. The hotel should have extras even if clients have to rent.

Everything went well. The staff were pleasant and helpful, The hotel was clean and quiet, so were the pool and beach. Fod was great, so was the spa. There was great value for money.

The window nets had black spots probably molds and this is due to humidity from outside. The breakfast limited.

Only thing that comes to my mind is the hotel refused to even delay our check out request by 30 mins.

The location of the hotel is just awesome, backside of the hotel opens up to a private beach, with the huge swimming pool which is well mentained and bean bags under the tree shades. It was a treat to just laze around and do nothing. We had a packed program for 2 days which was just not enough to stay in Bali, but me and my wife look forward getting back to BRR soon and just do nothing but relax. Breakfast and good so was the lunch. I would say true value for money if you are in Bali to relax and get away from the noisy part of the town.

The room just basic and low cost type. I was there for just a sleep due to cancelling of flight.

The exterior of the resort is really nice cozy and have a big pool.
