Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndonesiaThe bathroom bottom door needs to be cleaned, and the bed cover needs to be tidied up more (it is ok, but it can be improved). On busy days, the parking lots might be an issue.
The staff are friendly and helpful. I like the bright lift light, which makes it easy to look at the number's button. Room service food is delicious, and many electricity sockets make it easier to charge my equipment.
