We didn’t like the mold in the bathroom and living room. The bathroom looked dirty, and the breakfast was not very interesting.

The staff was very polite and friendly. They did their best to help and were always willing to find solutions.

You need to pay the restaurant with cash, because is new.

Was a really quiet place, perfect to stay and chill. Has a lot of amenities. The personnel was nice, and everything that we asked they help us.

Upon arrival we were told that they did not accept any cards, cash only, for rooms, restaurant, bar and shop. Very unusual, and would have been nice to know before hand. Made us very uncomfortable upon check in.

Overall the property was a little run down, but we stayed in one of the new 4 rooms which were exceptionally, could not fault.

Excellent traditional set up, truly reflecting Balinese culture. Spacious room, tasty and delicious breakfast. Pool was also very nice, my kids really enjoyed it.

The door and track to our room may have warped from the humidity as we always had trouble opening it and aligning the lock to lock the door. Sometimes we just left it unlocked.

Amazing place! It was calm, clean and the room with the view on the garden was absolutely stunning! I loved all of the (green) details in the room, from the robe to the soaps and the beautiful bathtub! It's also very close to the city center, so hou can easily go to the Monkey forest :) The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was also nice. I would book this stay again when I visit Ubud in the future!

Property was beautiful and extremely well taken care of. The staff were amazing and so friendly especially Princess at the front desk she was so helpful and very lovely. Location was great as well as services. Overall a very pleasant stay and I would stay again!

The bed was a bit hard. Most the breakfast items were delicious, but the pancakes were hard and dry.

The room was a good size. Had TV wirh some English channels. Nice pool. The staff were exceptional, hired a bike with no trouble. Breakfast was included in stay.

One thing is that paying with card included additional fees. Also the towels at the swimming pool didn’t smell too nice.

Very beautiful design of the place, feeling like its one huge temple. Very nice swimming pool and location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Plenty services like scooter rental or massages within the place.

More sunloungers with shade would be appreciated. Also the pool side bar was advertised, but wasn’t in use at the time.

The deluxe rooms were spacious, with the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept in. Everything at the resort was a great price. Highly recommend the smoothie bowls and mango juice for breakfast. All staff were attentive and helpful.

Bathrooms need a very deep clean and power washing in between the tiles, there is a lot of grout and dirt buildup. Unsure why this is case as many other guests have commented the same. Everything else was great but shame about cleanliness of bathroom.

Staff were amazing, attentive and polite. Surrounding is stunning and beds are comfortable.
