the stairs...its tiring to bring your luggage in the long stairs especially when your room is in the 3rd floor..the bathroom outside in our room is a bit dirty..the locker was good the place was big and nice.

i like the place its walking distance in the beach and restaurant..the bed is comfy and big the staff was good kind and accomodating.

The room is very damp with mold on the ceiling and walls, and it smells unpleasant. There are no windows in any part of the room, making it completely enclosed. An automatic spray releases an irritating scent periodically. The bedside power outlet was broken. The bathroom lacks shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast consists of industrial bread and a cup of instant coffee. There is no water dispenser for refills. The common area has a good atmosphere but is uncomfortable, with simple tables and stools without backrests or cushions.

Smell.. they got this naphthalene balls all over bathrooms toilets .. it’s just smell soo bad and give me terrible headed .. naphthalene it’s absolutely toxic and do organ damage.. and can call cancer !!! IT’s shouldn’t be used in hostels or hotels at all !!! U must research on things u use

Need a slight renovation at few spots such as behind sink, room ceiling and drainage system, and please upgrade the breakfast lol you could provide different pastries, not have to be expensive but it will be nice to those long staying guest

The modern interior and the bed is the best! I got the opportunity to stayed in 2 different types of rooms, the first 2 night i was in the 3 beds male dormitory, and my last night was at the deluxe room, overall it was nice and pretty acceptable, could improved , but for a high tolerance people like me and solo travelling its ok lah

Very friendly service, really comfortable beds and cleans rooms. The location is great as it is close to the airport and in Kuta. The breakfast however could be improved as they give you a pre-made bought sandwich.

There wasn't any atmosphere of a hostel, not much of a problem as I stayed just for a night. Overall it's a very comfortable hostel.

It's a nice, modern hostel. Each bed is equipped with a universal socket, light, good curtains, and a locker. Each room has it's own bathroom, which was clean in my room. The staff at the reception was very helpful, although fluency in English varied. There's a shared kitchen and WiFi was strong enough.

They don't do permanent cleaning, they only change clothes when someone leaves. The breakfast is only, instant black coffee and two slices of bread with jam inside.

I think my dorm had a bit of humidity ( as many places in the tropics) Bed was great though!

The common area is really nice and the staff is lovely! I also liked the bed cubicles with curtains and a little table within the unit

The sink and bathrooms were filthy ! I didnt even want to use them .. I asked 2 times for it too be cleaned ,no one did ...I even offered to clean the sink myself ☹️

The AC did not work There is no kitchen really, no microwave, stove to make your own food Rooms were not cleaned and shoes were permitted inside, floor dirty
