The hotel was really good, the view is amazing. The only bad thing is that they share the infinity pool that is in front of the sea with a bar (single fin), so at sunset it becomes like a public pool.

The music was a bit too loud during our stay on Thursday and Friday evening) coming from Uluwatu cliff house. I think the weekend rate should be cheaper due to the noise as we paid $200 tonight and we won’t get to sleep until the music stops.

Nothing that stuck out really, our stay was pleasant and I would stay here again! The only minor thing being that I heard from friends that some of the rooms may have been a bit outdated however, everything was kept well maintained and the cleanliness was there so nothing major!

Blue Point Resort was great, exactly like a resort-style vacation with plenty of facilities that made it really enjoyable with a group of friends! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool with a swim up bar, lots of areas for sitting and enjoying the pool, and the service was great! Staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring to remember small things such as breakfast preferences. And overall, the breakfast buffet had lots of good options to satisfy you for the day ahead. Blue Point also had great ocean views (especially from single fins), a nice courtyard and although we didn't get time to use their Spa services - they looked great! The rooms were clean, comfortable and tidy and the staff were great at arranging fresh water and towels when needed. Lots of restaurants, bars, and markets within walking distance and a cool walk down to the beaches that were cliff facing. Great waves which would be good for surfing. We all had a great time!

Bedroom was good value for money but bathroom needs a makeover. The shower curtain is quite old, the floor tiles get wet easily as soon as you turn on the shower.

The grounds are a little tired, but that's the Bali experience, Though they did charge us for a towel with a make-up mark on check out. We went back and checked and is was just a old stained towel.

Location is great and the view is amazing. The Villas are very generous in size. The kids enjoyed the menu.

Rooms are a bit dated and our shower was midget sized so you had to sit in the bath to shower on bend over which wasn’t ideal.

The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly! Were happy to accommodate our special requests. We enjoyed staying here mostly cause of the friendly staff and good location. Nice facilities on site, great views!

We stayed 2 nights, but after first night we had to move room as the mould smell was too much. The staff moved us to another room which was great for the second night. I think some rooms are susceptible to mould more as they don't receive much sunlight.

Construction work beside and on top of my room. A tarpaulin flapping all day and night in the wind. No warning before or on arrival this was happening. Loud music until late night at the bar wasn’t expected or appreciated when I was there to relax and not party.

Although staff is attentive, sometimes they couldn't give basic information (such as about a restaurant 50 meters from the hotel, or other options). The facilities are good (reception, swimming pool, room), but the spaces between these main facilities seem abandoned, even dirty. The breakfast is OK; but in a place so full of delicious fruits, why always only pineapple and melon for breakfast?; and why artificial "juices" ?

The room and bathroom are huge and very comfortable. The swimming pool with the ocean view is excellent for relaxing. The breakfast is goodish...

All the apartment smell mould, the window was mould, the bathroom didn’t have shower, but I think was my bad, because i didn’t read properly. We have to wait more than 1 hour to get our room ready even with we arrived Early.

Room Maintenance: We experienced a leaking toilet and a faulty door during our stay. Although these issues were resolved quickly, it would have been preferable not to encounter them in the first place.

Overall Impression: Despite the minor maintenance issues, we had a pleasant stay at Blue Point Resort. The wifi and reception throughout most of the resort was really, really bad. The food (room service and breakfast buffet) wasn't the best and lacked plant-based options, which is rare in Bali.

Our room was great -- tons of space, modern features, comfy beds. The staff was very friendly. The pool areas were lovely and comfortable. We were in Uluwatu for a concert taking place at Ulu Cliffhouse, so the location was ideal, it was about a 5 minute walk.
