We had issues with noisy neighbours (loud music and shouting conversations) and wet weather was a challenge (could be more cover/privacy in bathroom areas) but neighbours/weather not fault of owners/staff who were great.

The location and sense of adventure. But also staff were very friendly and helpful/supportive. Felt like wonderful glamping experience in amazing location. Inside the bubbles very cosy and comfortable.

Given the expense and quality of the hotel and location, we were disappointed with the quality of the food for the price charged. The quality was fine, similar to a good local cafe, but not what we were expecting from this calibre of hotel, and certainly not for the comparatively high prices. (We are expats living in Bali, so we know what we should expect). On departure, the '15 minute walk across the sand' was a challenge. It was a fairly high tide, and it was a climb over rocks and hanging onto foliage and rocks for balance, while dodging waves. My husband and I were both soaked up to our waists and covered in sand. When we returned to the office at the top of the cliff to settle our bill, we were told the CC/DC machine was not currently working, and we needed to pay in cash. My husband was taken on scooter, wet, sandy and hot, to the ATM. After a 20 minute round trip, my husband got back to find the machine did in fact work, and clearly staff are directed to only accept cash if possible! My husband was furious, and it was an awful end to our romantic weekend away for our Anniversary.

Absolutely breathtaking view... from the pool, from the Gazebo, and even from the bed! The staff were also incredible! The garden was beautiful and private, and even more delightful at night, if you purchase the add on of tealight candle lanterns, which the staff place around the garden. Communication before and during our stay with staff was exceptional, with so much easily understandable information provided.
