staff there is very nice, clean rooms & hot shower - pool is decent and garden area very nice and calming! good value for money!! close to the beach (approx 10 min walking) but I would recommend to get a motorbike to see other beaches and get food etc :)

The air conditioner kept turning off. When it did work it was ineffective in really cooling the room. Woeful, intermittent Wi-Fi, and no signal for using data, calling or SMS. Mosque just 100 m away. Was loud when outside but reasonable when inside the room. Staff could definitely be friendlier. The swimming pool was non-usable.

Decent size room. Comfortable bed. Central location. Balcony with garden view. Excellent water pressure. Basin outside bathroom.

we booked online and they told us that they don‘t work with oyo anymore so we had to check in directly in the hotel and it was more expensive than on booking. (we did not know this before because on booking it was confirmed) this was really strange and they couldn‘t tell us why they are not working anymore with oyo. but you can still book oyo on booking…. really strange. the room was ok. the door and windows didn‘t close completely. the bathroom was dirty and the toilet was leaking. ac didn’t work - we complained and got a new room which was nice - but the bathroom was also not so clean

The woman at reception said they no longer have a relationship with OYO or any other platform so did not honour the price advertised. Apparently they are waiting for it to be taken down from everywhere.

Room had bad odor/fungus odor, old thin sheets, tv not working, outside bench broken, shower dirty.

Stayed before, price/quality good, but now we book and they don't accept the booking.com anymore? But still available to book? Upon arrival booking not accepted and price is double! DONT BOOK!

Please do not book this place just by looking at the pics the reason probably booking.com didn't show me the reviews is why I ended up booking if not never. Travelled South East Asia for 1 year I know what $10 can get me and I never I written a review my whole life. But i hope this may help someone.. look at the pictures in Google reviews it's super dirty almost like staying in a old warehouse.. and as usual oyo and booking.com have conflicts the original price was $5 when I booked but when i got there they said nope we can't do that price is $10.. I had a long day and it was raining and already paid a big taxi fare to get there. Ended up staying unfortunately my 1st terrible hotel experience in whoe life (this is coming from someone who travels very often and yes I've stayed in very cheap hotels but it's what I paid for but for $10 we deserve more than this) and yup no towels and toilet paper but I saw them give towel to another white friend maybe I was too dark to deserve a towel) racist thing apart still bad place for $10.. hope they will atleast make small improvements after reading reviews like this.. sorry hotel bumi aditya for bad review but its my experience there not pleasant..

Unlocking the door was always a 5 minute chore of trying to fit a key in all the possible angles until one worked. Same goes with closing the front door. Inside of the room is pretty old (door, floor). Not so clean. A lot of ants in the room. The bed sheets and pillows had a specific, for me unpleasant smell, so sleeping wasn't very comfortable Air conditioning not working. Next to a loud mosque. Know that it is on the ground floor, me as a solo female traveller I didn't feel comfortable sleeping with open windows and the air got very bad in the night due to no ventillator or air conditioning.

Friendly staff that was always present in the reception. Possibility to do the laundry, rent a scooter. Nice looking apartments from the outside (terrace, garden). Water to refill your water bottle.

When we arrived there was a yellow substance on the floor in front of the toilet. So we asked them to clean the bathroom again. The staff did that. About two hours later when we arrived again at the hotel we checked out beds before sleeping. And found out that the beds where really dirty (see picture). So we asked them to clean the beds. Overall its just a bad experience that after a long day of travelling you arive in a dirty room. After the room was cleaned it was allright its what you expect for €3 Euros a Night.

The staff is really friendly and are trying a good job. But just a little bit to late.

Can’t complain at all for the price. It’s clean, it had a pool, it’s location is only a 10 minute walk to beach and centre. Staff were okay, not bad or anything I could fault. Recommend this place very much if you’re on low budget and need somewhere to stay.
