We didn't actually stay here. We were booked in, and there was a problem with the room before we arrived. So they arranged for a villa at their "sister" resort, and fully briefed the driver. Very impressive organisation. Very professional. Thank you.

The shower had no curtain or door so water spread everywhere and made the bathroom wet. The pressure wasn’t very good either

A lovely small villa with decent size pool down a quiet street but close to the Main Street. Bed was super comfortable and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast was delivered outside your door daily.

The street was one-way and a little difficult for car access at busy times, but the drivers were patient and managed it OK. No problem for motorbike access.

The garden was very beautiful, and the pool was so good after going out during the day. It was quiet and peaceful; no street noise at all. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with good wifi and a tv with many channels. There was a water dispenser in the room, so we didn't have to buy bottled water every day - much better for the environment. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was excellent, and there was also complementary afternoon tea served whilst there.

We had some leaks in the villa due to heavy rain. It didn’t bother us because it was in the bathroom and kitchen, bedrooms and living room dry. Kitchen equipment could have been better, but I guess not many people actually need to use it.

We stayed in a two bedroom pool villa, rooms were beautiful, spacious and clean. The main pool area and garden is really nice, relaxing and quiet place to relax. Good location, close to the main street in Ubud. Friendly and helpful staff.

It was all good.

It was just really pretty.It was in the heart of central Ubud but you didn't feel like that at all. The gardens were so immaculate, full of beautiful flowers, and the staff was so attentive.Delivered you a beautiful breakfast every morning of what you wanted and when you wanted.I would hide a recommendation here.

In our cottage, the bathroom was not ideal. It was partitioned with a curtain rather than a door. There was no mirror for the sink. There was no way to close windows (though there were screens). And there was no ventilation for the toilet room, which was separated off in its own space (that part was good).

The grounds and the staff were lovely. The team there met any needs we had almost immediately. You could easily request breakfast brought to your front porch at a chosen time. Just lovely customer service!!

The bathroom was a little dated, but that wouldn't stop me from recommending this place.

The staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Location is great, not too far from the main street. Chilled, small resort, great pool. Breakfast choice is good, and even the extra touch of afternoon tea if you wish. Filtered water provided.

The location is ideal, situated close to the main street in Ubud. You can easily walk to nearby attractions, but they also offer scooter rentals if you want to experience Bali more authentically. The breakfast is excellent, featuring a variety of options, including both Indonesian and Western dishes. The pool is clean and perfect for relaxing during your downtime. The staff is amazing; they are respectful, helpful, and will make you feel right at home.

Liked everything.

Lovely afternoon coffee and snacks were on offer! Staff helped arrange a great cycle tour for the day after we arrived. The gardens and pool were very nice to relax and cool off in. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The room was big, AC worked well, outside sitting area and drying rack.

Its an uphill walk from the main road, which is challenging in humid weather, but there are places to eat nearby.

The two bedroom villa was quiet and private, the garden setting was beautiful and we enjoyed the swimming pools. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The staff were all super friendly and made the stay really wonderful. Comfy bed, spacious room and a lovely pool. Breakfast was tasty and delivered to the room each day (the Indonesian style breakfast - the toast wasn't great). Good location, walking distance to the main street, Ubud Palace, temples and rice paddies. There's also some delicious warungs on the same street. Warung Tanggal Merah (right across the road) will even deliver to your room

This was our favourite stay while in Bali. The garden, pool, and room were fabulous. The staff were super friendly, breakfast was delicious, and it was central but not busy- everything was walkable. There was a water cooler in the room which was handy, great air con, and a wonderful little patio. Definitely reccomend.
