the breakfast was poor. The pool not that good and not enough pool towel left by the pool. It was a very quiet place no atmosphere no real staff around. I barely saw another quest.

The best thing about this property was the location. right in the middle of town and easy walk to the art markets and shops, this is the most important when travelling, and the price was reasonable.

Beautiful setting right in the middle of Ubud and walking distance from monkey forest. We had a free upgrade as our room had a leak in the roof from torrential downpour. Staff very helpful and friendly.

A bit dated and could do with a refresh but I have noticed most of Bali hotels are like this in this price range. Overall it was a good place.

Location was excellent with easy walk to the monkey sanctuary, shops and food spots. Massage and laundry facilities also in walking distance. Good place for exploring Ubud.

Amazing place to stay in Ubud! My friend and I had the most beautiful time here and even extended an extra day. Staff were so friendly and always had a smile on their face. Highly recommend getting a spa treatment/flower bath and floating breakfast, we loved this :)

The buildings and beautiful stunning architecture. Most amazing place to stay right in heart of Ubud. Set amid the paddy fields yet at the heart of everything. It really was exquisite. The pools just added even more to the experience. They were fantastic. The rooms were so special with wooden carved doors and tiny shutter sealed windows. We had beautiful balconies that opened up to the rice paddy. The whole atmosphere of the place especially at night was amazing. Photos on the website do not do it justice. Brekky was delicious in a lovely raised area overlooking pool. All very tasteful. Must also mention the staff who were so attentive. Would highly recommend.

but… and not the fault of the hotel, a rooster crowed at 4.30 am every morning and music played very loudly till after midnight so take ear plugs if u want a reasonable amount of sleep. Also the curtains were very thin so let light in very early.

There were ants in my bed one night, which is probably hard to avoid as the villa's are outside. I told the staff and they came and sprayed ant killer in the room and they weren't back the next night.

Really beautiful place to stay, with a gorgeous pool overlooking the rice fields. I would definitely stay here again.

The shower head could have used maintenance or replacement to avoid spilling onto the floor but was still useable and the bathroom was large enough to accommodate.

The ideal mixture of authentic Balinese accommodation with modern comfort in the heart of Ubud. The two pools were well maintained and had lovely views over the rice fields. Our room was lovely and the bed canopy meant we could comfortably keep any rogue bugs out. Check-in and out was easy and the accomodation provided their driver for us at late notice and a very reasonable price when we had another driver cancel. Breakfast was also great with range of al la carte options, fresh blended juice and tea/coffee (with espresso at an additional cost).

There are only 1 key for 2 guests. Beds are comfortable but small and very close together, which I found hard to sleep in. Little warn down and needs a face lift, especially the bath and outdoor furniture.

Our AC was average. the door was almost impossible to lock and the gap in the door meant lots of bugs /mozzie and ants in the room.

The hotel is beautiful. Staff and check in and out all perfect. The pools are lovely and great for the kids. The restaurant food was delicious. The rooms were a great size.

Awesome Ubud spot away from the hustle and bustle but still located in the thick of things. Characterful rooms with fantastic carved double doors - overlooking a rice field. The pool is also clean and beautiful.
