Flavors of traditional foods. Was dry and looked old. People were sneezing around food. Even a few of staff. And did not wash hands. 50% of staff was nice.. most did not look happy. Lots of steps. To get anywhere on property. Mold and dirty bathroom. Monkeys approached our room aggressively when we tried to leave our room. Not well kept.. if the put you in the end rooms 144,145, 146 you can hear street traffic. And horns honking

Service from reception was not very good . We arrived earlier than check in time as my husband was very sick and needed to lie down . Staff made little to no effort to accommodate him or to help with a doctor etc .

- We had no hot water one day - Front door did not lock & had to move rooms - Shower head fell off & no shower curtain - We had no WiFi for one day - No power point for kettle & power point in bathroom was loose with wires hanging out - No hand towels in bathroom - Booked for 3 people in each room & we got 2 single beds in each room. - The toilet flush was constantly not working

I am a repeat customer… love the large rooms in a quiet end of town, walking distance to great restaurants, two pools, great spa on site.

The hotel need a little bit of maintenance and repair of walkways. No cloth drying racks, which is so much needed. And don’t be shocked from monkeys all around the rooms and pool.

Champlung is a nice hotel, it is 5 min away from monkey forest, shops and all the other restaurants. Everything was super good, the design of the bed is so unique and special. The staff are very friendly.

Only had one iron and in 24 hours couldn't get to use it (front desk said they took it up with manager and said they will be changing that). Booked deluxe rooms but realised got superior after first night, but didn't even bother changing second night as they were fine.

Great all round, including resort hotel ambience, value, awesome location for Monkey Forest (the monkey selfies they offer for visitors are hilarious and cost the price of two Pepsi Colas) and all friendly staff, especially hotel driver Dewa who took us tourist visiting. Had three twin rooms. Free drinking water, good internet, good beds and good air con in rooms. Nice big private bathroom with good hot water, although no shower curtain. Children loved the afternoon swim surrounded by adorable monkeys, but later a cheeky one, jumped up on daughter and grabbed (and proceeded to drink) her strawberry milkshake on the way back from the very nearby 24 hour convenience store. No harm done and another great memory from the visit. We liked restaurant Dian up the street about 400 metres away (all good and great cheap steak) and an expensive (only for Bali) lovely Bamboo building restaurant Dewa took us to day one, but didn't like the similarly expensive one he took us too on the way to Kuta.

No issues. Be careful not to leave possessions outside when swimming in the pool, the monkeys can be naughty! But the staff will help to get items back.

The location was really close to the monkey park. It was really clean and you can walk to all the restaurants. They are all nearby. The employees are so nice. We had such a great time there. I can recommend. Furthermore really important: the bathroom is really clean.

Slight damp smell in rooms. May be it's due to heavy rains and we chose to stay on ground floor. Shower of pool is slightly far.

Rooms, size was big and had huge and nice bathroom.swiming pool was amazing, v clean and had a great view all around. Whole resort was highly picturesque.cab driver of resort Mr Dewa took to sightseeing on 2 days was great. He took us to great places that were non touristy which we loved it. He was a great company.

It’s fine for the price and location

The hotel is situated next to the Monkey forest park and is really mor fun watching the monkeys in the hotel than in the park! Very cheeky. Rooms are very comfortable and Brekky good!
