Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. OmanRooms are small, and at night it gets very noisy, can't sleep due to motor bike noise all day long. Kitchen very poorly equipped, AC only in hall, the 3 rooms have no AC. Being a cottage in grean area, we found ants in our room all day.
Staff were really very helpful and friendly, supper, though language was a bet of struggle. The green area and land scape of the hotel was great.

MalaysiaPoor services provision mainly because staff inability to understand the client's messages, cottage is full with insects which can be easily treated, iner stairs make sounds when used, cottage walls have spaces with cold wind going through, restaurant food and opening time is not reasonable, location of the hotel is weird with narrow passage, the value of money paid is found not worthy, internet is not working.
The overall place is ok, good gardening and public areas are clean. View of the surrounding mountains is fantastic.
