AustraliaLooks a bit shabby from the front and the deck chairs on the beach need an upgrade. The bed is slightly firm for me. More people need to stay here to keep the upgrade coming along.
Great location right near the best beach for snorkeling and swimming. A bit away from the party area but close enough if you want it. Deluxe room was great (not bungalows). Spacious, fridge, kettle, excellent quiet aircon and good shower. Good WiFi. Cleaned regularly by the happy obliging staff. Breakfast was also good. Pool was clean but we only swam a couple of times. Water free at reception. These rooms are very sound proof, so no noise at night at all. Happy with our 10 day stay. Would stay again and we've been to Gili T six times now.

United KingdomVery small room, no storage or hanging space for clothes etc- disappointing given that it's by no means the cheapest place around. It's also quite a way (more than1km) from the harbour.
Right on the beach. Staff all friendly and responsive, modest but adequate breakfast included, bikes available for hire. Small pool but clean and just the thing when you need a quick cooling dip rather than the sea. Pool front room had handy small fridge (others don't). Airconditioning powerful. Sunbeds available on beach where drinks and snacks are available until mid afternoon. I'm a cat person, so happy that there were quite a few around, mostly just sleeping or kittens playing.

The employees were very nice and helped us buying the tour to the other islands and with renting a bicicle (that I recommend to visit the whole island). If you cross the street you are already in one of the turtle points in case you like some snorkeling.

SwedenWhen in a hotel you want to have a place that is clean, neat, good information and just relax. There are basics in hotel and hospitality and this place could do SO much better with some structure and easy things that would give a nicer experience. Clean and check the rooms thoroughly: I met a broken fridge, which you changed and that was great, but that should have been checked before. Is there a controller to the TV? The benches were dusty, the safety box was super dusty (I cleaned the box myself because I didn’t have the energy to say something… it should have been done before the customer came), the bathroom mirror wasn’t cleaned and a lot of ingrown dirt in the corners of the shower. On a cleaning day the empty paper roll were thrown but no new was placed there, my toothpaste (with just a little in it) was thrown. Do a proper cleaning, you will get so much happier customer (and this is really the basic knowledge) Information: put a paper in every room with short information about the cleaning of the room or change in towels (is it done everyday? On customers wish or how does it work?), time for breakfast, about the sunbeds, routines for laundry service and maybe something about the rent of bikes and how the safety box works. Customers wants information and the more they get served the happier. Super easy 🤗 If not on paper you should provide it on arrival Facelift: I stayed in the hotel rooms and it felt really old and not very well treated. Paint the walls in ONE color and don’t apply another tone if you need to cover something up. Put glue on the panels if they lost their attachment. My toilet cover was broken. You really have to change the lock at room DR2. It should be easy to lock and unlock 🤗 The bean bags by the pool is quite dirty, give them some love 🥰 Please make it possible to order at least two points on the breakfast. One pancake or a small small omelette is more of a snack than a breakfast.
The location is great! Just by the great snorkel place and no parties in the houses next door! The pool is nice when you want to cool off and since there is so much sun it’s pretty nice with the shadow (even If I probably would have used it more if there was a spot of sun too) The guys working here are friendly and sweet and helps if you ask The aircon was really good. Quiet and effective. There is free water refill at the reception

United Kingdomhotel staff looked a bit bored all the time, sockets in the bungalows were not too good- it was only 1 for use in the room, too far away from the bed and you had to switch off the lamp if you wanted to use other socket.
The hotel was ok- good room size, small patio with every bungalow, bed was ok. It was just on the beach and the restaurant staff was great- serving great food and drinks at the beach.

NorwayThey had issues with water supply ( not their fault though) so a couple of days had to shower with salty water… common problem in the island right now. The pool needs more maintenance as the water don’t look very clean.
The rooms are really comfortable (I stayed in building room not bungalow) and slept like an angel, good AirCon and spacious room. The location it’s great as this is a beach front hotel but a little walk needed to the center of the island, probably 10/15 minutes walk… not big deal.

AustraliaFirst room near the pool didn't smell great and the beds were quite hard. In my first room I couldn't lock the bathroom (open bathroom) but I didn't feel unsafe or worried for my items.
The staff was super friendly and a good laugh. Happy to help and accommodate when I wanted to stay longer. Just outside the noisy area but still within walking distance of all nearby restaurants and beach sitting areas. Towels were clean and smelled good! Large bathroom with HOT water!

When I asked for a refill of the tea, waitor replied to me that this is not included in price and I have to pay extra for another cup of tea. It was not shampaigne I asked for, for crying outloud, it was just a cup of local tea. 😖😡🤦
