Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Superb hotel /resort . Lovely clean pool , ample space in the pool and lounge chairs . Breakfast buffet was a delightful spread, loved the juices and cold coffee. Enjoyed the pool day on Nyepi ! Hotel staff are polite and caring.

Breakfast selection was absolutely perfect. Something to suit all tastes. Staff very attentive and extremely friendly and helpful. Room was excellent layout and plenty of space. Same goes for the bathroom. Pool was easily accessible for all with steps and ladder. Beautifully surrounded by greenery. Special occasion recognized by Courtyard with welcome celebration cake and room decorated to suit 50th Wedding anniversary.

IcelandThe security is stupid. Always when entering the hotel you have to be searched and go through a security detector. Never experienced this kind of search in a five star hotel. The gym facilities are old and have to be upgraded. The rooms are small and nothing is exceptional as it should be in a five star hotel. You will never get the sense that you are in five star Mariott hotel. We stayed in many five star Mariott hotels and this does not meet our standards of a five star hotel. The only five star experience is from the staff they are very welcoming and service oriented.

This resort was FANTASTIC. We loved every minute we were there, the staff are so friendly and accomodating. The buffet breakfast is terrific and so delish, it was so nice to see indonesian food with western options. The room we had was great, so clean and the beds were super comfy. It was a bit noisey at times however we were the room next to the elevator, it did not trouble us enough to complain. We got a free upgrade on arrival which ideally worked out better for my friend and I to have our own beds, and we were able to have a later check-out. Definitely recommend and we will be back!!
