Everything of this hotel is perfect. The Pool is fantastic, the garden is cared after so well. The staff is really interested in making your stay a memory. They can organise everything for you, if you want. The scooter rental is easy, came with a full tank! Breakfast is simple though good, they also open breakfast earlier if you have to leave early in the morning. Recommend the snorkelling trip. This location is our favourite of the journey!

We had a great experience with the wonderful and friendly staff. The owner even helped us remove a large gecko from the bathroom, which we really appreciated! 😄 We also had the option to check in earlier. The bungalow was very clean, offering excellent value for money. The location was perfect—quiet and a great place to relax. We highly recommend this accommodation!

Beautiful place in a central location, easy access to all sites on the island, with scooter rental and snorkeling contacts directly at the property. The bungalows are charming (and spotless), with very comfy beds, and the property is lush with all types of vegetation. Last but not least, everybody was so welcoming, it shows that Made and the rest of the hosts want to make it sure you have a good stay.

Made and his staff made it a home away from home! Tasty breakfast, great pool. A quick ride away from shops and restaurants. Relaxing in the tranquil garden was a privilege after a day out. The room had everything we needed. Mosquito net, safety deposit box, daily bottled water, a super comfy bed to name but a few. Housekeeping was efficient and took care of the little things that are often overlooked by the resorts. A true gem and one we look forward to returning to!

The only downside was it is away from the main area which is why I booked it but you do need to either organise transport to go places as it’s a little bit far to walk with kids. Would be perfect if you can ride a scooter. This is no reflection on the property though which was amazing!

D’Puncak is amazing! We loved everything about the villa. It was clean comfortable and the kids loved the pool and spent hours in there. The staff were fabulous and always ready to help. Made the owner was great always checking in on us. It’s the perfect resort with kids and very affordable compared to other places in Lembongan.

The location is a quick drive from the beach, but it's very dark in the evening so that was a bit tricky. But more to blame on my driving skills.

You do need transport to get anywhere. But there is a restaurant and a spa within walking distance.

Great little set of cute cabins up on the hill. Staff were amazing and wonderfully helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Room was nice with a large bathroom.

Only minor thing is that the airconditioning feels not powerful enough against the heat. But that’s the only thing we can think of, it cools down but for us it was not cold enough.

Very clean and nice hotel in the middle of the island. Only a 7-min scooter ride to all the restaurants, so no need to stay in one of the bays. The owners are super friendly and the property is well maintained and cared for with love. You can rent a scooter at the property for a good price.

Nothing to complain about! All was excellent. Maybe if I were being picky, would say the sink in the bathroom didn’t drain fast enough. But that’s just a minor problem!

Beautifully done up property on Nusa Lembongan- so clean and classy! The owner Made and his family made our stay ultra pleasant by always being so friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange motorbike rental too. The property is really well landscaped, there’s a pool too and overall it feels quite luxurious. Rooms are super clean and elegant- wood flooring, beautifully furnished, and the bathroom is spacious and well appointed as well. Hot water is plentiful, air conditioning and WiFi work well. The location is a bit out of the way from the Main Street and beaches of Nusa Lembongan but a short bike ride away from the action. Breakfast in the morning is a limited menu but is very tasty. Daily housekeeping is excellent. Overall would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay at Nusa Lembongan!

Nothing besides the fact that we were not staying longer.

The pictures did not do it justice. From the moment you arrive, the grounds are stunning and exceptionally well maintained. Made, his wife, son and niece were amazing hosts. They were very welcoming and friendly. There was nothing that they were unable to help us with. Made kindly contacted a rental company for us, booked taxi's and also rents scooters. Breakfast at D'Puncak was always delicious and offered the choice of an American breakfast, pancakes, continental and an Indonesian breakfast. The villas were equipped with everything you needed and were very well thought out. The interior was well maintained and also very clean. Each villa has a seating area on the verandah which was lovely to sit at during the day and in the evenings. The pool was very clean and a lovely temperature. There were always sunbeds available and was a peaceful area to relax in. An excellent stay.

Only low for us was the shower, we found it impossible to regulate the temperature (2 options only: skin burning or cold) haha.. But cold was not too bad. I wish we stayed longer

The hotel is so so beautiful, the gardens, the pool, the bungalows, such good taste! Bed is super comfy!! Hosts are absolutely amazing (thanks Made for everything) , made us feel so welcome! We rented a scooter with them to explore the island. Bike was new and working great.We loved the location, not in the middle of the action but still quite close to it (5 min drive) Would definetly stay again and reccommend to anyone.

It is a family run hotel and therefore we just felt like home. We have never felt that welcomed at a hotel. Not only did the owner Made organize several amazing activities for us, he as well as the rest of the family really cared for our well-being. Moreover, the entire hotel complex was very beautiful with an amazing pool and the rooms were super clean. We would really recommend and always come back when being in Nusa Lembongan.

Absolutely beautiful grounds and villas. The lush and healthy plant life and the big pool which was very clean, and sun loungers with umbrellas made it a wonderful stay. The villa was very clean and modern and the bathrooms were also very clean. Would definitely stay again. The owner as well as staff were very friendly and welcoming.
