Such a lovely place to stay in the centre of Ubud. The hosts are amazing and super friendly they make you feel so welcome. If you are not worried about having a pool during your stay then please choose this place! We had a lush breakfast every morning and were always accommodated to for whatever we needed! Super clean room balcony!

The host, Nyaman, was amazing—kind and accommodating. Even though it was a short stay, I truly appreciated his and his family’s hospitality. He even gave me a souvenir at checkout and a ride to my next accommodation. Breakfast was a 10/10—I ordered the banana dumplings and watermelon juice, both delicious. The location is charming and convenient, close to the hubbub yet tucked away enough to be peaceful. If I hadn’t already made my original booking, I would have loved to stay at Nyaman’s for my entire time in Ubud.

It was a super sweet and beautiful homestay. From the first moment we felt extremely welcome and the family cared for us really well. The breakfast was very diverse and delicious - one morning we even got an extra dish to try :) The shower was hot and with a lot of pressure. The WiFi and AC worked very well. The location was perfect and super quite in their sweet backyard. The whole family is so friendly and we loved their hospitality.

Wow everything about this place is great. The family are so kind and helpful. They even went to the pharmacy for me when I was sick. Always saying hello and asking how I am. Very kind. The room itself is big, comfy bed, clean bathroom and clean floors. Aircon powerful. They gave me plug in for mosquitos which was very kind of them. Stayed for 4 nights - Would stay again!

Not the families fault, but a couple of nights there was some loud I think ceremonial music coming from the nearby Temple, but thankfully it was all finished by 10pm so it didn’t have to interfere with one’s sleep.

Breakfast was good and filling. Location was very close to the main shopping street. Plenty of nearby eateries and Spas to choose from and all very cheap. Ayu and her family were EXCELLENT hosts. Nothing was ever too much. They were genuinely helpful and friendly. I needed a cash point one evening, but Mum who doesn’t speak much English was the only one available to ask about it. Nevertheless she jumped on her motorbike taking me with her and drove me to the nearest BCM ATM machine, and waited patiently whilst I did what I needed to do. LOVE those people, and SO glad I chose Suntari. Thank you Ayu! You guys were the best.

There is nothing to dislike

This guesthouse is a little gem. The hosts are so welcoming and friendly, they really treat you like family. The room is spotless, the garden is pretty , the breakfast is plentiful and it is situated in a quiet spot but just minutes from the centre. This was our second stay and we are already looking forward to going back.
