Basic facilities. Clean bedding, toilet and shower area. Little bit rough around the edges but nothing not to be expected. Staff are excellent and very helpful with any request. I'd stay again.

Unfortunately the rooms near reception are very noisy - to the point I was woken extremely early and couldn't fall asleep again. Other guests sat outside our room to have breakfast at our room table very early and spoke loudly at reception. No one told them to keep quiet or sit somewhere else. Staff also woke me up very early to ask what I wanted for breakfast. She apologised a lot after but I recommend them to not wake guests up unless they have made this request as its a little invasive and I ended up having very bad sleep because of the disturbances. Overall again that aside staff are wonderful and the place is very welcoming and pretty.

The rooms are quiet close to each other and are not soundproof so just be mindful especially if you travel with kids like we did.

Dirga's house is in a quiet neighborhood but is very accesible to a lot of dining options and convenience stores. Great place to stay if you plan to explore Sanur or take a boat to Penida since the port is just a few minutes away. The staff is lovely amd even accomodated our request to leave some of our luggage so we can travel light to Nusa Penida.

Shower head was clogged on most of its points so water spilled literally everywhere and it was difficult to get a proper showering. It was an unpleasant surprise given the good impression when entering the room. I cancelled my plan to extend another day because of this issue.

Location wise is within the proximity of Sanur area and easy to find. Check in process was simple and efficient (fast). Staffs were both friendly and helpful. Room was in OK design and cleanliness too given the rate I paid.

Paint was peeling off from the wall. Stayed for three nights. No cleaning was done. Only one towel for three of us. Worst experience we ever had in Bali.

Unfortunately the room (7) I got was dirty, stains on the bedsheets (though washed), dirt on all walls, glass door for bathroom with kids gift paper covered, but let a lot of light from a backside light in at night, so no good sleep and no way to block that light, rusty old mirror, kettle and cups at first missing, AC also making lots of light, pool could have been cleaner.

Good location, close to some nice and cheap restaurants, short drive to the beach. Staff was available and nice. Room much smaller than anticipated.

Room size it’s only 19 square meters it was inaccurate advertisement deep cleaning of bathroom required, shower screen and mirror were very scummy, floor drain needed a bucket of hot boiling water to remove stagnant smell. Air conditioning provided but no outside ventilation, thus room is stuffy with only recycled air.
