Best hotel we have stayed at in Jakarta, friendly staffs and the restaurant has 5 different areas all with their own chefs + another 5 stars restaurant. Pool was absolutely amazing. We were even invited to the VIP lounge on the 17th floor , where all drinks and foods are free. The security is 5 stars.

The location is far from expo and no shuttle service , room cleanliness can be better , the worst part of the stay is the light under the bed which cannot be turned off , carpets have bad smell

Nice safe, cosy & clean. Staff were kind, considerate, helpful. Location was perfect for my needs. I had chosen the Double Tree for its location. Plenty of cafes and restaurants and shops nearby. The inhouse cafe is nice as well.

Everything was just perfect. The rooms were elegant yet modern, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast buffet had variations every day and a great variety of western and asian dishes, the staff was helpful, always smiling and making you feel valued as their guest. Especially Ibe from breakfast staff deserves a positive recognition for her friendly personality. We will definately come back here. The sea grain restaurant is also worth a visit.

In the bedroom, there were lights underneath the beds which I could not turn off. This was unfortunate.

Everything was great. I spent most of my time at the Pool. The service from the Indigo team was exceptional, especially from Kaulifla (excuse my spelling) - she was very helpful, kind and exceptionally pleasant. All of the Indigo staff were brilliant. Thank you.

Dislike the soft pillows, i had to contact the staff through whatsapp chat to change for a harder pillow. The soundproofing can be improve, i can hear my neighbouring room talking and also the door closing from outside. Other guests walking by along the corridor. Other than these minor incoviences, this hotel has exceeded my expectations miles ahead.

I love everything about the hotel. The Hotel room is sooo spacious, the toliet is soo modern. The Pool is big and marvellous. You could literally spend the whole day by the pool. Brekafast spread was amazing. The staff is soo courteous and respectful, they followed every single request and they follow up with my expectations through whatsapp chat. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Even though the price is alittle high but its worth the experience and comfort.

the room we got was a bit smelly. we were told upon enquiry that we had requested accessible room somewho through booking.com. which we didnt. so that is why we got that room. total miscommunication.

we didnt try the breakast, pool or room. i wont be able to comment on it. spa was the ebst though, which we tried on our last day. the masseuse were awesome.

It's really hot and still in the pool area because of the wall. It's really close to a mosque so calls to worship interferred with sleep. Hair dryer didn't work. It was replaced but then disappearred again. Wash clothes would have been nice.

The buffets for breakfast and dinner were absolutely spectacular! Really liked the light under the bed. Good light blocking curtains. Spacious shower with great water and temp. Check in was easy and they gave us cookies! Liked the additional security around the property.
