There was no barrier to prevent shower water from going all over the bathroom floor and into the toilet and sink area. There were bugs in the room and the last straw for me was when a lizard crawled out. I know things from outside come in, but there were too many.

I wasn’t in love with online photos, but the view looked nice. The hotel is obviously very old, but the real issue is that it wasn’t completely clean. The floors were dirty, ring around the toilet, towels severely stained.

Staff were nice but I checked out as soon as I checked in as the bathroom was mouldy and rusty. Aircon also had mould all around it. Staff still refuse to refund me. The bedroom itself wasn’t too bad apart from the mould smell

Do not book here! The room was dirty already on check-in, the bathroom can not be cleaned well, is full of mold and dust, and it stinks. We didn't receive any cleaning for the first 3 days, only after I complained at the reception. Water is not provided in the room, as same as beach towels. For the price we paid (which was a lot), we would expect daily housekeeping. Also it is really noisy as the hotel is next to the road. There is no any isolation.

The location was nice, close to Dreamland Beach. The room was spacious.

1) the room was very old and the bathroom was dirty.. The sink didn’t work properly because there was toilet paper stuck in the flush area, the shower had mold all over and the toilet would move every tome I sat on it 2) my airconditioning was broken 3) my scooter got stolen from the hotel parking lot - which should be monitored my their staff!

Unprofessional staff. They where not very helpful. The hotel is in a construction area. Not any restaurants nearby. Could hardly lock the doors. The electricity disappeared several times.

Everything was good

Very nice and helpful staff, all smiles! :) There are a few breakfast and lunch options available, you can also rent a scooter and there is a pool that you can use whenever you’d like. The rooms are quite spacious and bright and they have a big balcony (we’ve stayed in the top two rooms with sea view). Good value for money.

There is nothing to complain about, for the price level the hotel and the staff get 10 out of 10 points.

If you come to Bali in the dry season for surfing and spots like Padang Padang and Uluwatu are too heavy for you, Dreamland Beach is the perfect place. I could see how big the waves were from my hotel room and was on the beach in five minutes on foot. Other good surf spots such as Bingin are also within walking distance. The hotel is simple but good, the rooms are large, the bed is great and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Everything I was looking for. Thank you guys!

It wasn’t very clean, the cleaning service is very poorly done and the bathroom isn’t nice either, I think they recycle sewage water because it stinks a lot and the drainage system is terrible so the floor floods and is wet if you shower.

It was nice that it was close to beaches. The bed is very comfortable and it has a really nice pool.

The room was beautiful and very clean. Location wise - it’s perfect if you have a scooter. It’s nice to be away from the busy town and only a few minute scooter ride but would be too far if you’re walking around. There is noise from the construction but we did not find it impacted our stay and my partner was able to work online with no issue. The boys at the front desk are so lovely, always smiling and ready to help.

We paid for room with view, but we got a basic room. We payed with months in advance and asked for a quiet room, yet we got a room and in front of us WERE CONSTRUCTIONS. The room was big, but the smell awfull. Also we paid 3 euros for a small water. Wouldn t recommend for the price

Basic budget room. Over priced. No TV. Only 2 towels No bath mat, face cloth or hand towel. Cheap soap on wall of shower. 1 toilet roll. 2 very small aqua only provided when arrive, afterwards need to buy. No room cleaning. When asked why no response, end of stay, was told need to put sign on door to clean or give key, never notified of this on arrival. Only small motorbike parking, no car parking. Even though I asked, said have but only on a vacant lot not their property. I booked motorbike, but wasn't available on arrival and didn't offer help to find. Included breakfast very small and basic. Food menu over priced. Pool area no view. Some construction near by. On busy road. Overall, I wouldn't recommend.
