The road to the place is dark at night and road is really narrow. The location is also a little far from shops. But I guess it's out of their control.

The place is beautiful and the staff was really friendly. They even went an extra mile to surprise our room with a birthday decoration for my wife and a cake without us requesting! All room service request was really fast and they never fail to make our day better! To make it better, it's 2 mins away to the beach and there's a cafe there!

Bit far away from things, the power went off at about 8pm an took a while to come back on but there had been storms so maybe that’s why

Everything about this hotel is amazing! Beautiful bedrooms, yummy restaurant, the staff were incredible! My favourite thing was ordering a coffee through WhatsApp and having it delivered to me in bed in the morning. I will 100% stay here again!

The road to the property is being developed and so the taxi drivers would complain having to go down the narrow road.

The property is beautiful and brand new, the room was so clean and hygienic and the staff were very attentive. I liked that they offered a whatsapp service to chat to the staff and order from the menu. The bathroom was well equipped and the pool area was well kept. 100% would come back again for a relaxing stay.

The parking area is limited, so I would recommend using readily available cabs.

I loved the aesthetic, the neatness, and cleanliness. The staff was exceptional; they were so nice that I have made some friends for sure. The road to the property was amazing, and the view is just gorgeous. The beach and markets are close by.

In the cafe, breakfast was served late, we waited an hour after ordering, which meant we didn't have enough time to spend at the pool before check out. As for the taste of the food, we ordered like a Sourdough Eggs Benedict and the cooking oil was not fresh and food had an unpleasant taste badly especially the toast.

The building, pool and the room has everything was all excellent. The furniture and amenities were very stylish and I was fascinated by the atmosphere of the room. The bathroom have a bathtub and bath salts provided. It’s like a mini spa and has lovely scent, and I felt very relaxed soaking in the warm water. The staff were very helpful and friendly. As for the location, it is away from busy area of Canggu so it is quiet and relaxing even though there are nice cafe and warung and convnience store its easy to accece with walk.

Location, it is very far from the town and the roads are bumpy closer to the stay.

I like the environment, it is clean and stylish, getting very nice photos during the stay. The staffs are friendly and helpful, breakfast is surprisingly good.

Everything was incredible! From the decoration, commodity of bedroom, to the hospitality of the staff. Would definitely come back if I ever get a chance! Also, it was my birthday and my boyfriend arranged a big surprise with them :)

The only downside here is the location is a bit hard to get to with some cars as roads around had worksites etc and so it wasn't super convenient but it was worth it.

This place is amazing, it was so beautiful and just so well thought out. We had four nights here in 2 rooms and it felt like an oasis. Seseh is a town that feels like it's getting built by the day, we had a couple of great cafes we went back to and also ate at the restaurant on site which was great. Whatsapping to get a breakfast to your room was great. The pool and facilities were lovely and I would stay here again. Even things like universal plugs so you didn't have to use adaptors to charge your phone etc were so well thought out, the lighting is magical, every detail is thought of. The staff were so lovely, we were sad to leave them. The beach you can access through a restaurant at the end of the street easily and there's only a limited amount of units so it felt private and always had access to sun beds etc unlike at big resorts.

Everything about Dune was lovely, the room, the staff and the pool. A two minute walk to Warung Pantai, a warung on the beach serving good food, it was a good place to go for dinner because sadly the hotel restaurant closed at 2.30 last orders.

The location. It wasn’t a problem in itself, it made the property very quiet and secluded, far from the hustle of main canggu but the horrible traffic made it difficult to commute back and forth to visit.

This is a gem! Beautifully designed, the room and bathroom are spacious with all amenities. Nice little private garden and personal space. Swimming pool is amazing, cozy and quiet. Loved absolutely everything!
