Is a great place to stay , relax

I asked for a quiet location of the room but of course it is challenging since the hotel is in the middle of the busy street. Anyway, I slept good for the first night but then the moskitos was comming from the bathroom because the wall was open there. I stayed in the groundfloor.

Close to the beach and shopping area. Great staff and nice restaurant with healthy food. Beautiful pool area and massage was great. Waves in the ocean good for surfing but not maybe for swimming.

The rooms were a bit noisy and they have an open window in the bathroom which means mosquitoes can come into the room. Also, the wifi wasn't strong enough for remote working. If they put a mosquito net in all rooms and boost the wifi I would increase my rating!

The hotel staff were friendly. I enjoyed the food in the bar upstairs.

It was quite noisy. The yoga shala wasn’t accessible due to the rainy season which I only knew a few days in advance. It was okay but kind of a bummer because it was one of the reasons I picked the hotel.

Breakfast was very nice, in general the room was good and comfortable. Great shower.

It could have been cleaned a little better. Though it wasn't terrible. We checked in in the afternoon and left to see the city so we spent very little time at the property so we don't have so much more to add here.

We got an upgrade when we arrived which was very nice. We booked the room late for a good rate so we didn't have so high expectations. Also since we just were staying for one night and left very early in the morning. Great view from the balcony to the pool and garden part :)

Greta location for the beach and surfing. Very friendly staff. Amazing restaurant. Ticked all the boxes for me!

I didn't think the food at the restaurant was as good this time as it has been in the past. I had several meals over the couple of days I was there and each one was below par

I've stayed here several times and the staff are exceptionally helpful. The pool and facilities are lovely as is the spa.

Rooms were very tired. Air con leaked leaving all our stuff damp, although staff were quick to fix it. Building works were disturbing.

Room and balcony size was good, with lovely hot shower. Nice pool, and excellent spa on site.

To order a taxi in good price, you need to walk about 500 meters, rooms and towels need updating

The location is excellent: very close to the ocean, beautiful beaches, surfing opportunities, restaurants, a convenience store (one minus: to order a taxi, you need to walk about 500 meters). Very tasty food, awesome breakfast. Caring and hospitable staff.

Beware of mozzy and best to arm with insect repellent and get one from the reception especially stayin ground floor. Do note grab or gojek is not permissible to enter the zone and had to walk up about 300m (T junction) for pick up.

The staff are extremely helpful and attended all our queries. Pleasant upgrade to suite room when my room ac is not functioning well. Its a mere 3 - 5 mins to the beach

Rooms on the first floor would be good to cover with come transparent curtains for guests to have more privacy. Smell in room is not very nice.

Location is great! Staff is very friendly, breakfast place is great with a lot of delicios food. Garden/pool zone is very beautiful.

The bathroom was cleaned but looked dirty and unpleasant, the stains on the sink are so old that it was impossible to wash them away anymore, same in the shower.

Stuff were amazing and the pool was nice and food and yoga!

Staffs are very kind, friendly and smiling. Also they try to resolve problems immediately 🙏🏼 It was my birthday on the our accommodation dates, they had surprised for me after breakfast. It was so cute 🙏🏼🌸 Location is very good for the beach.
