Size of the room is quite small and some of the bathroom fixtures were not working properly like the tap to fill the bathtub outside. At one time, there was no water supply to the room, so I wasn’t able to take shower after swimming, but the staff was quick to respond to the issue.

The private pool was nice and the resident cat was very adorable.

The pool needs attention, needs a scrub & more chlorine, had some green algae. Otherwise everything perfect.

Most affordable villa with private pool I could find around Kuta and still keep its Bali vibes. Cleanliness of the pool area could be improved but bed, bathroom and bathtub are excellent. Staffs are also helpful with flower deco arrangement before our arrival. Good selection of breakfast too which can be served as floating in pool upon request. Definitely recommended!

Did not expect villa to be 3 stories high and was definitely not expecting 3 flights of stairs to climb to bed every night, villa pool was in lounge room with no air conditioning which made sitting with family difficult as well as day bed making it difficult to sit on. Unfortunately on our last 2 nights we had some new neighbours stay and they were extremely loud playing loud music, yelling at each other and slamming doors late into the night/early morning it was extremely rude and made sleeping difficult.

Great location in Kuta, staff were always friendly and smiling and available to help where needed. Air conditioning was ice cold in bedrooms and beds were comfortable

Staff are beautiful people, the rooms were really nice and the bed and pillows were to die for. Could not fault these villas. Only stayed a few nights but will definitely come back and stay for a couple of weeks 😊

The villa rooms were little small.

Only down side was the open plan of the entire villa was open to the outside and only the bedrooms had aircon, which meant the lounge was extremely hot/humid and uncomfortable. Bedrooms were good as they had their own aircon unit.

We really enjoyed the private pool in the villa. Meant we could swim anytime, the kids were in the pool at 1am when we couldn’t sleep. The grounds and staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast was delicious. I don’t know what the other reviews of the food were talking about. We stayed 5 nights and couldn’t fault it. We ordered room service and had breakfast daily out the front by the main pool.

The downstairs area doesn’t have a couch, just a day bed on the floor that meant you couldn’t make the most of the shared family area.

Lovely to have a private pool as well as a large pool that was warmer than the nice cold room pools. Great location, just a bit away from the business of the main Kuta Beach. Really nice aircon in the rooms.

Not much really-just if you get the loft then obviously you have to walk up stairs where bedroom is-great air con up there-none downstairs but has a overhead fan and a small Portable one supplied also if you get the pool (loft)villas there’s no stopping you from falling into pool as it’s in the lounge-just be careful if you have kids-but apart from that we knew what we were getting so all good

One of the rooms didn’t have hot water in the shower or bath, and my mattress had the indentation of a baby elephant sleeping on it at some stage.

The location of this villa is so central to main st Kuta, very close to the airport as well. The staff are very friendly and helpful which made the stay more comfortable.
