MalaysiaPrivacy issue - the curtain is too short forthe window. People can def see you especially during nighttime - im not sure if it's your staff or other customers, but someone definitely tried to enter my room. Second time it happened, i knew it was your staff wanna do housekeeping. But if im not answering, doesn't gives him the right to enter the room without permission. For safety reason, i dont think this hotel is safe enough for solo female traveller. Airport taxi - they advertised that they ca provide transport to the airport. Since i have an early morning flight, i request the taxi to be there a 5am. No show. Thank God there's grab.

The location is awesome, you can simply get late lunch or dinner from the town square next door, with various foods and snacks. Very close to SMS and Scientia Square Park. Breakfast was good, but could be better. They had Indomie station which was awesome! But, they took too long to refill the milk at cereal sections. But overall it's good.

Very comfortable bed, the mattress is firm and good size, good quality of sheets set. The bathroom & bedroom are very clean everyday. Overall good stay around this area.
