We had such a wonderful time. Pool was lovely, staff so helpful and welcoming, in the heart of the action and close to the airport. It was exceptionally clean, we were able to let our baby crawl everywhere with no worries because the floors were so spick and span. Thank you for our very comfortable stay. We will be back.

Mostly every was ok.

We Had a room out the back and I cant use that pool as its very hard to get in and out of the pool. Other then that everything was fine. Breakfast was nothing flash. We had a nice massage.

The spa at Febris is amazing and i had a 2 hours massage every day post sugary and 6 months of hospital. Came to bali to relax and refresh myself. 10/10 for all staff in spa, kitchen and hotel.

The view from the room, but i didn't spend much time in the room, so that's ok.

Extremely clean, close to all amenities and airport. They advised of cost of taxi from airport to hotel which was good as the taxi tried to overcharge us. They provide a large umbrella in the room just in case. Spa on site. Bottled water is provided every day and coffee/tea amenities in the room. I would stay here again

Wonderful stay staff amazing bed and pillows super super comfy rooms immaculately clean swimming pools great as had a shallow section sectioned off for little ones ambience exceptional only concern was wifi available but not always good in room much better outside. Will gladly return

the room was a very good size for 3 people and the facilities were amazing for the price that we paid. We got breakfast included which was amazing and had a large range of food types for everyone. The beds were super comfy and the staff were very lovely, they would always stop to greet you and took our bags to our room which was very handy. The pool was great as it was open till late (10pm) which was perfect for late night swims. Will definitely be returning in the future.

This time the only problem was with wifi connection. I always stay down by the back pool and this time was on 3rd floor. Major connection issues with internet but that was the only negative.

Everything is good about this place and I always spend the last few days of my trips here.

The rooms were always done up nicely, and no matter you location on the site, it felt private. Every room has its own sitting area out the front, even top floors. The pool was so lovely, and they have a quiet pool as well. The restaurant was to die for and it had the best service. The day we checked out we had a late stay, so we had a massage and that was incredible too. lots of people come just for the massage and not to stay, but they’re definitely missing out! There was three of us staying for 5 nights and the price was beyond excellent. Thank you febris!

The rooms say no smoking but I smelt cigarettes. Maybe smoke alarms should be fitted? Not sure if it had them or not.

Close to the airport. Huge pool. Clean and cool rooms. Friendly staff. Restaurant area seemed very inviting. Allowed early check in at no extra charge (1pm). Walking distance to discovery mall and waterbom.
