AustraliaWe did find a broken glass in the pool, we got most out & advised staff who said they would advise engineering, however found more glass (and cut our feet) so unsure if this was looked at. There were glass bottles around the pool area for a few days, I think it’s best to serve plastic only in this area.
We stayed in a deluxe pool access room, it was very spacious & the pool access was great. The breakfast was good & the staff friendly. We had a the Thursday night buffet with entertainment & I recommend that for a night in. The location is okay, it’s about a 10 min walk to restaurants etc but you may need to get taxis places.

CanadaThe entrance to the hotel requires that you walk up at least one full floor height, the stairs are significant in their height, and any one who has balance or mobility issues should be extra careful. There is a ramp to the left of the stairs, but it is farily steep and I didn't see an elevator. Otherwise just be aware that the beach is about a 10-15 min walk. but not difficult to do at all. I would still stay here again if we come to Bali again and would recommend it to anyone (who can manage the front steps). The hotel has nothing to do with the terrible traffic congestion that you face trying to get around here. Don't let that stop you from visiting, but just be aware that you need to plan and give yourself a bit of time if heading anywhere that you aren't walking to.
Great facility, wonderful air conditioned and layed out rooms that were stocked daily with 4 bottles of purified water, 2 beers in the fridge every day, and an outstanding breakfast that changed every day, all kinds of fresh fruit and coffee options. Food and drink available throughout hotel until 11:30pm every night which is great if you have a tour booked becuase we got back ofter after 8 -8:30 pm on our tour days since traffic is so congested there. The pool was nice, we also had a couples massage in the spa. However, my favorite part of our stay was meeting all of the wonderful staff who were genuine in their reception and attention and so lovely and thoughtful. A few names that we remember, but doesn't come close to including everyone from the cleaning staff to desk/ concierge staff included Demos, Wira, and Viola (? spelling) who knew our names and continued to greet us every day for the week that we were there. Hoping to come back and visit again in the future.
