Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. The breakfast spread was good; staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Puji who remembered that I ordered peppermint tea the day before and asked if I want it again. He also suggested that I takeaway my next day breakfast because I have to catch a train at 730am; 4 water bottles were provided instead of the usual two and they are in glass bottle, less plastics; there are too many things that I’m happy about,I would come back again

Everything! This is an exceptional place to stay in Bandung! The service is impeccable and second to none! Bu Winni, Niwan and the entire team are all about ensuring customer satisfaction! Chef Feisal also went above and beyond preparing a surprise Balinese dish for my wife! A work of art and extremely delicious! The property itself is a beautiful Dutch colonial building in a prime location. Thank you so much Four Points Bandung for the memorable stay! We will be back!

NetherlandsLocation is not on walking distance from the historical centre of Bandung (Braga Street etc). Transportation is easy to order from the hotel (bluebird). Elevators can be slow during peak hours, esp. when conferences & weddings are on in the week(ends).
Very friendly & professional staff throughout the hotel, esp. the team in the breakfast & dining room and the reception desk. Rooms are clean & spacious, no street noise around the hotel. Quality of the food and breakfast is very good, lots of choices in the morning. Nice pool and gym accessible from 2nd floor.
