Felt that the coffee/tea made wasn’t up to expectation as too much milk was poured that made the tea looked like milk.

We loved the spacious room and it fits just nice for us. The location is accessible with fastfood restaurants and many shops available within walking distance. The breakfast was awesome and value for money.

One big set back is the pricing. There are many cheaper hotels available in Batam which are also quite good. Need to be more competitive on prices. Breakfast variety should be wider. Food is good though - love the cucumber juice!!

Location is not great but convenient enough. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Overall experience was good.

Mattress was a hard for us. There were some knocking noises from unknown sources in the middle of the night.

Location is centralised. Staff service was excellent, they did their best to make us comfortable.

Staffs from laundry services entering my room at 7am while me & family are still sleeping. Without my consent & permission they entered my room. Luckily i am a light sleeper & awake by their loud conversation among each other. My valuable things could be stolen. Report the issue to FoS- Widha on the same day . Hotel must have strict policy in place that require staffs to obtain written consent before entering guest rooms esp for 5star hotel.

The pool is very run down in real life. Soundproofing of the rooms can be improved. Do note that the neighborhood that the hotel is in is slightly dodgy but it was fine since we mostly cabbed around.

The room we got was clean, beautiful and modern. The hotel staff were all very friendly and professional - particularly the doormen! We were also very kindly offered a later check-out time without any extra charge.

The staff at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. Especially one waitress named Novi, whom was constantly checking with us if we need any assistance or more food or drinks. Exceptional staff that is willing to go the extra mile.

The bidet’s nozzles definitely need a good clean. Would have been nicer to have soft and fluffy towels.

We loved everythinggggg about the hotel! Hotel was super clean everywhere (we noticed people cleaning the lobby everytime we stepped out!), rooms were very spacious complete with amenities, and bed + pillows were comfortable. Service was impeccable. From the moment i booked at booking.com, a representative kindly reached out to confirm our room details and room preference within a few hours. Check in and check out was smooth as the front desk personnel were efficient and detailed. We really loved our breakfast too! it was simple but delicious. Special shoutout to Eca & Nova who were attentive to us and gave us great food recommendations. All of us will definitely return with our families again soon ♥️

Room electricity would trip when hair dryer is plugged into the socket in the room, a note or instruction should be labelled that it can only be used in the toilet

one of the link room given was for disabled people. and the layout itself gives a lot of inconvenience for my family who stayed in that room. for one example, the toilet floors were always wet, compared to the normal room. there wasn’t any fridge either. room is 818

second time staying here! it’s easy to get anywhere, practically in the heartland of Batam. place is always clean

the towels all got a bit of smell and big patch of dark dark winder they got use the towel to do cleaning or not, I think they should change a new batch of towels.

The outsourced spa massage service providers were unprofessional and inattentive unfortunately.

The breakfast was good quality. The rooms were spacious and clean and fresh looking. The service staff were attentive.
