Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndonesiaI booked twin room and I got a room on 8th floor. The room faces the street so I could heard all the noise from the street, I couldn’t sleep all night so of course I couldn’t work on the next day. It was a shame that I paid that night not cheap. Of course they moved me to other room when I complained but still I was not happy with the money I had spend for that night and I lost a day to cannot work because of no sleep. It was a business trip.
Location is good, all staff are friendly and helpful.
