NetherlandsWe stayed here in February and had a fantastic experience! The service was excellent, and all the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Sindy at the reception assisted us wonderfully. The hotel also offers its own chauffeur service, and Indra, a very friendly young man, drove us around and provided outstanding service making our stay even better. The breakfast was delicious and extensive, with a great mix of local and international dishes. The location was perfect—right in the city center and directly connected to the largest mall in Manado. Although the rooms were a bit outdated, the price-quality ratio was more than excellent. A big compliment to all the staff! They are great with a sense of service truly make this hotel! Staff at reception distracted and failed to complete our check-in and moved on to other customers, who arrived after us and were processed and, in their rooms promptly. A bit warm in the breakfast area - aircon is not great in that space. Check out messed up - was given late checkout (1 hour) only to find locked out of room at normal checkout time.
Rooms clean and very comfortable. Views stunning. Breakfast excellent - wide variety, high quality and good vibe. Location is excellent and close to everything. Swimming pool outstanding with fantastic views out across the ocean to islands.

AustraliaSome of the hot food was actually cold sausages, egg station omelettes for example. Chicken on one station was very dry and I couldn’t eat it. Quite warm in breakfast area, air conditioning could be better. Checkin disappointing, took almost one hour. Customers served after I checked in were processed quite quickly. When I went to desk to see reason for delay, it was obvious we had been forgotten.staff member indicated he would see why delayed and said follow me then went through a service door leaving me in lobby. After 10 minutes followed up with another staff member who checked on two way and then original staff member returned and indicated room ready. As compensation for delay was informed late checkout had been added to booking. Next day however, room access card decommissioned at normal checkout time. Disappointing in that respect.
A wide variety of foods was impressive and generally of a good standard. Impressive vibe with live traditional music being provided throughout the breakfast period. Staff attentive and engaging throughout breakfast. Nice touch with the coffee station with a good cappuccino! Rooms very clean excellent pillows and really comfortable bed. Staff helpful in most instances.swimming pool area a delight. Views out across ocean to Bunaken island fantastic. Views from room spectacular.

It was a good place to rest after many days of being on the nearby islands and in the water. We enjoyed trying some of the local Manado inspired cuisine in the restaurant.
