Laundry services - some clothes were not clean when returned- expected not value for cost we spent on laundry services

Location fantastic. Million dollar breathtaking views. Staff as good as it gets. Very friendly atmosphere. Breakfast good. Been many hotels I Asia and this stay was the most enjoyable ever.

The housekeeping had forgotten the hand towel and face washer in our bathroom but it is not a problem considering the room is very clean. Also, the shreded Cakalang/Tuna (one of the Side dish for the Nasi Kuning) was off. I had a swollen and an Itch tongue after I had the Nasi Kuning with that shreded Tuna.

A comfortable bed, the aircond was good, closer to the mall. It’s a clean accommodation and the view from our room was lovely.

Didn't have separate switches to turn off bathroom lights from bedside lights. Pool music a bit loud if you had a room right over it.

Excellent service from airport pickup to checkout. Was generous enough to give us extra hour at check out. Room reasonable size. Plenty of outlets. Pretty quiet. Breakfast was excellent with plenty to choose from. Staff welcoming and quick to help. Wifi good. Room service quick and reasonable. Light switches a bit confusing. One turned off bedside outlets and bathroom. Hotel was full so catching an elevator took a while at key times.

I enjoyed the service from all staff members, the quietness of my room, the food, and the gym. I enjoyed it so much, once I left the hotel to go to another one closer to the airport, I chose to return.

There’s nothing to not like about this property. Staff had exceptional customer service and the breakfast was beautiful

You definitely need to improve the cleanliness and facility. I booked for 7 days (6 night), but changed three rooms while staying. In the first room, there were stains on bed sheet, the carpet behind the curtains is slightly moldy. The edge of the shower curtain in the bathroom has also become moldy. I can smell people smoking on the floors above and below in the bathroom. I have asthma, so I can only request a room change. They upgraded our room for apologize which was nice, but my husband was bite by something in this second room (could be bed bug or something else), then we reported it to the reception again, and they upgraded our room again. Staffs here were really nice and helpful, we can see that they tried their best and wanted to provide us a good experience of stay. However, the facilities in this hotel is too old, and it really need renovation and refurbishment.

The location is really good, it is a perfect location to see sunset.

The Service and location. 24/7 roomservice, staff always on top of everything and soo friendly. Breakfast was amazing, literarily everything you could ask for. Pool view was out of this world, sunsets everyday.

We loved this hotel. Huge room, gym facing the pool and pool facing the sea… what could we have asked more? Great breakfast! Staff were sooo helpful, friendly and smiley. Hotel smelled soooo good, we will come back :)

From the beginning I enter the room, the room was very very hot!!, no small towel, dirty coffee glasses. I requested all items that was missing, but they came with different things.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It has everything one could wish for: very welcoming, friendly, gracious and helpful staff; a lobby and restaurant that is bright, spacious and spotlessly clean; an excellent buffet breakfast with a large variety of choices; a modern, well-equipped fitness centre; a well-furnished room with very comfy beds. We stayed two nights and would have loved to have stayed two more.

The bed linen has quite a strong smell the first night I stayed in the hotel. But subsequent nights were fine.

Staff were really nice and helpful. Upgraded my room free-of-charge due to some renovation works.
