Not good enough internet connection, the noise from the road and construction in front, the smell of the sheets (they were not quite clean) and the smell in the room (not fresh). Also because of the moisture some of my clothes were covered in mold in the wardrobe. The water was leaking out from the shower on the floor and the light in the mirror was not working too. It was a dark room too.

A lot of space to live, to put the things, big wardrobe, nice tub, nice location, nice music at the restaurant, nice size of the bed but not good smell of the sheets. It’s ok for this price, the stuff was also nice enough, I also liked the bathroom space near the sink, I also loved the big comfortable table for work and chairs!

Room was wonderful, lovely bathroom with great bath, warm enough water, everything was nice. Just don't stay at the pool room as we walked in and it smelled mouldy so we changed room. Will def be back! Bed comfy just need flatter pillows!!!

I’m sorry they no longer provide a shuttle into town in the morning. Taxi is not expensive but it was a nice amenity.

Ac not working properly Far away from central ubud, preferable for people who like silence and calm. We wanted a bit lively environment. But still loved the guesthouse besides its location.

If you’re a fussy traveller, you may consider rooms to be dated however this wasn’t an issue for us. We really appreciated the size of the rooms which were much bigger than most hotel stays in Bali.

Spacious rooms, lots of greenery surrounding rooms. Location was perfect for accessing PARQ facilities. Staff super helpful and accommodating.

There was quite a lot of cockroaches but they are probably everywhere. Not a fault of the hotel as it was clean inside.

Rooms are like mini apartments. Very comfortable. Great deck. Nice staff. Very clean.
