Awesome view, very friendly and smiling staff, hardworking and problem solver manager. Little bit far to Ubud centre but they have shuttle and very comfy so you can go to Ubud centre whenever you want. Very peaceful place to stay in.. thanks for everything.

Anyone looking for nature and relaxation away from Ubud & Co during their stay in Bali is in excellent hands here. The resort, which is only a few years old, is in top condition, the rooms have stylish furnishings, and the view of the greenery is fantastic. The entire team takes excellent care of all guests. And if you ever want to leave the resort, a free shuttle to Ubud is offered several times a day.

Distance to airport too far for an early morning flight

Beautiful quiet hotel with beautifull room and view. The staff was great and the general manager was most helpful in getting me a taxi from the port of Bali and also with an issue with needing to reduce my stay due to the distance to the airport being very far for an early morning flight. This would be perfect for a couple to just relax and enjoy the quiet surroundings

The place feels like your own little paradise. The pool is amazing with the view! The staff are very friendly, respectful and happy to please. Our room was cleaned everyday and had a turn down service every night. The food is scrumptious too! All the details were perfect! Our family enjoyed every moment and wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you for making it special and memorable!

Beautiful 5-star resort set up in Tegallalang. Beautiful gardens (couldn't believe the resort is only 3 years old as the gardens are so established) and views over the rice fields and jungle. The staff were very professional. The pool was to die for. Perfect place to feel like you're away in another world and only a 30-minute drive from Ubud. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious and cocktails in the pool are a must.

If we could find anything, the tub experience in the room could be even better if there were some sort of headrests or pillows for when you are using the tub. The spa and gym facilities were being finished as we were there, so the massages will probably be even better now when done in a separate space.

We've seen the photographs of the resort before, but experiencing it was even better. The resort is actually in the jungle, but the plants and surroundings are taken care of like you are in a huge garden. The restaurant and the reception are really nicely designed, and you can have an amazing view while eating or enjoying the afternoon tea. The resort offers complimentary afternoon tea which includes coffee/tea and three desserts. These were very tasty and different every day. We stayed at the Villa with the pool, which was a truly calm, inviting, and serene place with jungle and rice fields views. The pool was well taken care of (the lights did not work one day and the staff repaired that immediately, working there in the dark). The room is very stylish, clean, and the bathroom looks like you have your own wellness space. The tub is massive and there are two sinks, which makes it even more comfortable. The prices of the food and drink are very reasonable so we ate and drank at the resort every day. There is the room service option for no extra charge. The staff redefines the meaning of being kind - they listened to our every request and it was taken care of immediately. We also booked the sunrise Mt Batur hike, which was wonderful. We recommend it.

Only that the sunrise trekking was far more complicated/strenuous than described. We were not as prepared as we thought we were based on the description given at the front desk.

AMAZING HOTEL. The villa is just amazing for a couple. The location is perfect for couple hideaway. The service and staff are perfectly amazing, helpful and kind. We were offered everything we needed to spend an amazing honeymoon. Would recommend this place

Room had small gaps in doors onto verandah, could potentially let mosquitos or bugs in but we were okay with bug spray on and staff did put mozzie coils on which was great.

Was a beautiful relaxing location. Staff were incredible and so helpful! We loved our stay and were able to explore the surrounds easily by a car organised by the resort. Great to be able to explore around Ubud and get up to Mt Batur for sunrise hike.

Amazing property, it is in the middle of the rice fields and surrounded by greenery but yet the place is super clean! The pool in the villa was extremely refreshing, overlooking the rice fields. And to top all this, the staff was one of the best ever! It is a boutique property but yet very luxurious and the staff ensure that you are well taken care of. The breakfast options are plenty and all of them are yummy. Do try the iced bali coffee, loved it.

HK should pay more attention to details in cleaning. For example: forgot to refill water or empty bin😉 Spa Team was great but they should have proper massage beds, a little music and ask for preferences in oils and pressure😉 They will have a Spa soon, we did get the massage in the room. Neighbors were noisy the last day, but it has nothing to do with the hotel.

Fantastic Hotel, hidden in the nature of Bali. Perfect place to relax your body and soul. We were staying in a private villa for three days, absolutely best room we’ve ever had. Staff is super friendly and supportive, very good restaurant and food. We are completely in love with that Hotel and would definitely come back any time! For us it is a hidden Gem🥰
