Nothing really but I'd just note, to access beach you need to walk out to the main street and around or cut through W hotel entrance.

Bed was so comfortable! Location is nice and central, not far from the main street or beach. I didnt find out till the end they have a shuttle cart but unsure on the options where it can take you.

I didn’t like the bath room, the glass walls were not very private and there was a good amount of mould in there aswell.

Hotel was down a nice quiet street didn’t hear any traffic noise.

Just a little dated in its furnishings in places such as the outdoor resturant and some areas of the outside of the buildings are little run down but for the most part the main areas are really great

The room was very wide and comfortable, but honestly, it needs to be renewed, I mean, the facilities, like the jacuzzi in the balcony, were so bad and not working. They should provide on daily basis spoons and such tools, but they do only when I require. Receptionist are not amazing, and some of them are not qualified enough to welcome guests. Features and facilities should be renewed to give such a hotel its awesomeness

The rooftop pool atmosphere is exceptional, and the pool itself. Unable to cancel my booking, once I had paid. Which was well in advance as 2 of our family members couldn’t come no credit was returned even for break fast we had paid for and also we did leave a day earlier and we didn’t get a credit for this. Feel they needed more umbrellas around Pool as the sunshade umbrellas that they did have weren’t working properly to keep sun out, and unable to put umbrellas on a slant to block the sun

We're repeating guests. We stayed at this hotel on September 2023 for 5 days and this year also on September only for 4 days ..both stayed at the most expensive room the Penthouse and this year we paid more than last year but last year we got the complementary 30 mins Spa and this year we got nothing ! When I asked them why receptionist said "because last year you stayed 5 days and now only 4 days"...ok! but they should keep on mind We're come back again because we like this place so maybe giving us lilbit credit will be ok as a loyal guests. Last year we were so amazed to stay here but this year the facilities going down. The pillows smells sweat, there were yellows stain in the shower ..the room smells not fresh..and they should improve the breakfast buffet also..the menu still the same like last year not so much choice ..

We stayed at the Penthouse We love the layout, the bedrooms size are big as well the beds. The location is perfect.

breakfast selection was okay, a lot of selection available and great coffee but the cakes and pastries didn't taste fresh and a little stale. overall it was okay but could have been better.

the spa was extremely nice, and very professional therapists. the space was clean and very relaxing. the room was nice but the bed wasn't very comfortable. the staff were very friendly in all areas especially in the restaurant and reception.

Staff get very pushy for the bill at the bar on roof-top. I was told I could place it on the room charge, but then would be phone called immediately in my room after to make payment. When I told them I'd be in the lobby shortly for dinner, I'd make payment then - they called after immediately question again. Happened a few times with other family members also. We still had our luggage and wouldn't check out for a few more days. The sense of urgency, makes you feel like you've robbed them - could definitely improve here.

Overall lobby staff was friendly. Pool was nice, warm and had a nice view.

If I’m going to nit pick! Then I would say small things like the rooftop pool and bar area, the decking is looking a little tired and needs replacing.

It was very central, but just enough off the road, so you are not disturbed by traffic noise. The hotel was lovely, the rooftop pool was great, with plenty of loungers. The rooftop bar and restaurant had fabulous views. We had a Balinese massage at the hotel, which was absolutely amazing.

Upon check in our room smelled damp, bedding was wet. Housekeeping changed the sheets and brought in a dehumidifier and aromatherapy to help but didn’t fix the issue. Asked for a new room which wasn’t available until following day which meant having to checkout by 12 and checking in again at 2pm. Our new room was much better, level 6 a lot brighter and better layout. Had we had this room originally, stay would have been perfect.

Good location, rooftop pool, bar and dining area is great! Pizza night was great food at cheap prices!

For the first time for as long as I can remember our hotel room was not equipped with universal power sockets. I know from other friends of ours that some rooms do have those though.

It's a good location and indoor pool/sauna/SPA as well as the tiny gym area were hidden gems for us. Breakfast has a great range to pick from and their free shuttle service does come handy

Bathroom needed maintenance, like better ventilation as the musty smell from there is the one thing that would put me off returning.

The entrance, room, restaurant and pool were all really lovely. The staff were exceptional. Breakfast on the roof was a definite highlight. Location was really good, could walk to a vibrant street with shops, nail salon, restaurants. The shuttle service to the shops and beach was really good too.

Mould in the rooms . We had to move from one room because of excess mould all over the ceiling, with water dripping from a light fixture. . I found it hard to breathe in there . The next room was a lot better. I’m sure it was caused by problems with the air conditioning

Very good location. Very nice stuff. The rooms were clean and breakfast was good. We celebrated anniversary, so room was nicely decorated. When we had early tours - we had a little breakfast pack with us. Food service is 24/7. The hotel is a little bit outdated, but it’s a good standard, you’ll find some games upstairs, nice swimming pool, little gym room, very nice restaurants around, and you also get transfer to the beach. So, from all perspectives - very nice place. We would come back.

Didn’t use pool as was dirty from previous weather conditions before we arrived and during stay. Location was a little out the way and had to book GoJeks to most places. Bathroom drains got blocked and ended up flooding bathroom floor (got resolved instantly).

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Great selection of food for breakfast. Good value for money. Complimentary massage with booking. Free transport to Syminak centre.
