We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe cheaper rooms are the older ones at the front of the property near the road and reception. However they were perfectly ok. There was very little noise overnight, the bed was comfortable and the AC worked. Breakfast was a buffet with toast, fruit, rice, freshly made omelettes and coffee and tea. The two pools were clean and clear, but like the buildings they are a little outdated. If you want a 5 star resort by the beach this is probably not for you, but I think it is excellent value for money if you don't mind things looking a little worn out and you don't mind being away from the beach. I would definitely consider staying here again, though there is so much accommodation available I just choose based on the best deals at the time. Things to improve: the rooms could do with a lick of paint, the bed linen and towels are looking VERY worn out

AustraliaGreat location and close to small restaurants. Does need a bit of maintenance. Couldn’t use bath due to no plug and cracks. But that was ok as due to mobility issues only used shower. No room around toilet in our room. Had to sit sideways to use it. Linen is old and needs to be updated especially the towels. There is no lift, so if you can’t do stairs, book ground floor room. Breakfast is basic but sufficient. Gardens are lovely.

AustraliaNO KETTLE IN ROOM ☹️ Take your own if you like the odd cuppa during the day. Plenty of coffee places nearby tho. Also breakfast quite basic which is fine if you can eat eggs! No dietary options available.
Fab location! Right in the heart of Legian on the Seminyak boarder. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby. Short walk to the beach. Shower was good…no bath. Beds comfy. Pillows good. Great size fridge. Two pools. Nice grounds. Breakfast included although pretty basic.

The room and balcony where very large and we had a lovely view over the pool area. Air conditioning was good and there was a large bar fridge in the room. The breakfast and other food from the restaurant was excellent and well priced. We will definitely return.
