Staff advised me to wait for the room cards in the lobby and she forgotten about me. Additionally, I ordered food from the restaurant and this was missed too. Attentiveness was a big concern.

Very friendley and supporting staff. Nice presented a tasty breakfast for a reasonabke price. We are staying since 12 years during our visits in Harris, also nuce. It got some rennovation during Corvid-time.

Receptionist so friendly , welcoming guest with smile and help, all staff was helpful, the room is big and the light also very good,we can switch as needed, got the sun light in the afternoon and i got nice view just 2 floor above the hotel swimming pool and also i can see the view of swimming pool of the apartment besides hotel and tennis yard. I stayed 2 nights and thats very nice time there with my little son

The wifi could be better with auto reconnection functions rather than connecting every time when needed. The breakfast can also be improved with more variety. 1 week there, the selections become very limited. Plus, in-room slippers if can provide more comfy type will be better as the slipper size don't fit well hurts.

I like the location as it is link to a mega mall where I can find many restaurants and shopping. The room is also clean and spacious plus the area is not very noisy so can have very good rest after a long day work.

I loved the location, comfort and convenience...the check-in and check-out processes as well. There is also a good fitness gym and pool area. I liked the orange scent on the elevator and hallway.

Nothing really -could bitch at not being seated at breakfast -but it was very busy and we found a nice table anyhow -and food was really good

It was really nice-man that checked me in -think same gent who checked me out -could not have been more helpful ( sorry did not catch his name) -had 4 Indonesian friends with me -they all enjoyed it -rooms are new? and really clean -good size and comfortable -bedding really nice -attached to shopping mall-great Singaporean restaurant with Laksa just opposite Hotel lobby and great pork place also in shopping mall-Breakfast was really great -maybe they should seat you at a table -but we found one and food quality and variety really great -really fresh food and well cooked. Met Duty Manager ? on departure ( he introduced himself) -sorry did not catch his name -but nice guy. What is quite unusual maybe 1am/2am went to Reception as some of my friends had gone out and was wondering where they were -security guards at front door -spoke fluent English to me -and were nice people -overall a great stay .Must say staff there are special -everyone I came across from room cleaners ,to people at pool, to reception really nice people.
