Hotel lobby is too small and can got crowded when many customers are checking in.

Air conditioning was working good, however sometimes it was too cold, rather difficult to adjust. This is just a minor detail for improvement.

Location was great! Personnels were very friendly and very accommodating. The bright room was spacious and clean, with a nice city view. On top of that, the city view from our bathroom was superb!! Loving it!! Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Ice cream as a dessert was perfect to start strolling around the city.

The hot water is not stable…. it takes 5-10 minutes to warm up, then, it warm down after 2-3 minutes…. something that the managemnet have to work on

The windows in the room are covered with the stickers.

The room is spacious. Clean. Staffs are nice and kind. Great access. It’s located in city centre, closed to the event I attended.

my room did not have a full length mirror. also too many floors, the lift took forever. and i got confused with some of the floor numbers, ended at the basement at one point.

cozy lighting, clean comfortable beds, spacious room, excellent breakfast, nice bathrooms, convenient mall just downstairs (but nothing that opens late at night.) lightning fast housekeeping! perfect stay for a trip to see a concert at gbk as it’s walkable distance from the stadium.

I had air conditioning problem for my room. The staff was quick to come and check and got it fixed.

Great location being in the heart of the city and linked to FX Mall. So access to food, supermarket and shopping is convenient. The massage service that comes to the hotel room is fantastic and very reasonably priced. The Harris cafe food quality is very good too. Love the view I got at 45th floor. I could see as far as my eyes allowed, the stadiums nearby.

The noise from the main road is quite loud; even though I stay on floor 45, it is still apparent. The elevators available are quite complicated as not everyone can access the restaurant for breakfast, and not all of them are accessible to the higher guest floor. This minus point could be overcome by providing extra information printed/labeled in the lobby and guest room; the receptionist did inform me about the situation during check-in; it's not easy to remember, at least not for everyone.

It is near the main road, just a few minutes from the MRT station and Senayan Mall. It is also located inside a small mall that provides convenience. The breakfast is up to par.

Bad smell come to the room from shower drain. Air conditioning get cut off as soon as you take the key off which make the room very hot when you get in the room after spending time outside.

I just wish the hotel can provide an iron board. Besides that, maybe you could state which lift leads to the breakfast floor & the facilities. Got confused for a bit.

I am in love with the view. Amenities are great. Location is close to Senayan MRT station ( approx 3 mins ). Mall just below the hotel for easy access to restaurants and other shops.
