How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

It isn't really walking distance to anything of note, including restaurants. But I used Grab transport which is super cheap.
The hotel is located close to the airport which can be very handy, especially with 24 hour check in/out. It's a nice solid, secure, quiet place to base yourself. The breakfast buffet is very good, with a wide selection of choices and cooked to order omelettes and eggs etc. The pool area is very nice, and the on site beauty and massage services are good and not too overpriced for a hotel based service.

Very good but they didn't have many tv channels as all the other hotel. Like move channels Nothing to entertain when it was raining.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Pool is great. We used the hotel for the first and last night in Indonesia and since we were going on to a colder climate we had a suitcase with other clothes and they kept it for us, so we didn't have to lug extra stuff around.

The building is starting to feel dated

We stayed here as needed to be by the airport. It was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the staff were very welcoming.

Its a very good location, so close to the airport you can walk to it. But some areas of the hotel have cockroahces, we have been moved to a different room. The breakfast however was amazing, such a good variety.

Had an issue with the first room but was very promptly moved to new room without any issues. Staff very accomodating.
Good buffet breakfast. Very close to the airport. Excellent for a transit stop. Beautiful pool. Helpful staff. Clean common areas

At check-in the staff were polite and helpful. The property itself looked beautiful and very good value for money. The buffet breakfast was a lavish spread. I had a very short but pleasant stay.

A great transit hotel in walking distance to the airport. You do have to walk on the road a bit so if it’s raining or dark it might be a problem. Nice big swimming pool

The water in the pool was a bit too warm if a person can actually complain about that lol! It was a little difficult to get GF food here and I thought with it being a Hilton the restaurant would be in the know about this.
Nice gym and big pool with patio furniture and umbrellas. Excellent staff who really went over and above to make us feel comfortable and helped us with a big problem regarding an overseas call.

Being charged for everything including water. the price of beers at the bar are 40% more than the beers at the restaurant.

The room is not sound proofed at all. I could hear everything in the rooms next to me and there was some loud singing happening outside the hotel which started at 5am
The staff are so friendly and helpful. The location is very close to the airport and the hotel arranged a transfer for me which made it very easy to get to. The free breakfast was great with a big selection.

Some of the fixtures looked old or are broken.
The staff were very friendly. The pick up was smooth as the staff waited for us despite our flight having been delayed by an hour. The dinner we had at the hotel was prepared very quickly and it tasted great. The room amenities were good and the soap smelled nice.

The TV is not a smart TV and can't mirror phone.
Normally, I stay at Novotel at the airport, but the Hilton is way better at the hotel, especially for the price. Great location for catching flights the next day. Awesome breakfast, the pool is massive, the rooms are sacious, and the bed is comfortable. Staff are super helpful and friendly.

We needed a quick stop next to the airport after arriving from a long flight and before heading to Ubud and it what we wanted. Staff very nice specially the lady who checked us in when we arrive very late in the night after a long journey:)
