I love it! The room is spacious, esp the terrace where we can have a bit of outdoorsy air…it is good hotel with perfect amenities…they even have iron with the ironing table which is very usefull for us

Lunch choices at the restaurant were not too good, we asked for a club sandwich but it was just ok, pizza needs to improve as well.

The facilities were very good, the personnel's service was great as well, all of them very friendly and professional. Rooms very confortable, and breakfast was awesome.

Unfortunately the wash basin in the bathroom is rather slow to sink water, just a minor thing, not a big issue

Location is great for my purpose, I drove from Jakarta and attended a wedding without the hassle of entering the busy city, but that's just me I guess. Aircon works well, hot water in the bathroom is nice

We were in the premium area but the door is not soundproof. Also I don’t understand why the wall between the bathroom and the room has such a big window so that every time someone goes to the bathroom in the middle of the night and turn on the light in the bathroom, it wakes the other up.

The room was nice and bigger than expected. But it’s also because we paid more than the usual price😂

The door lock of the bathroom did not work properly,we couldn't lock it (Room 688) The hotel management should enforce the non smoking zone more strictly, especially outside the lobby It feels unhealthy due to the bad smell .

Location was very convenient Great breakfast,cheap with so many choices of menu. The staff were very helpful friendly,especially Daniel and Iqbal. Will recommend this place to others

Kitchen service during breakfast could have been better. Waited more than 15 minutes just for eggs but they messed up my order. Fortunately the manager was very prompt in his service recovery and got my order immediately upon request.

The regular room is ok nothing special. Unfortunately, their driver's room is very disappointing it is so small, the bathroom is outside and joining everyone, they have open holes in the bedroom which make it have so many mosquitos coming in, and very unclean. The price is 200++ similar to other hotels outside but the quality is very disappointing.

The staff, the ambiance, the comfort, the location, and the service are as great as we expected. Unfortunately, we order a room for two including breakfast but the breakfast is only for one person..?!

1.The towels and bedding are so old near to yellow color 2.The shower box was lakege when shower 3. The mini bar was so noisy 4. The main street very noise especially during night heard th3 noise while in the room .

If only the hotel is within walking distance or next to malls or shopping areas. The toilet door is a see-through at the bottom, which gives an unpleasant feeling and personally is not suitable for room sharing with parents or families with (cheeky) young children.
