Nothing, we loved it all.

The layout and decor of this resort is stunning. Swimming pools, gardens and grounds are beautiful, and immaculate. Beachfront location, within walking distance to beach, main shopping areas, bars, and restaurants. Room was spacious, beautifully decorated, very clean, had a very comfy bed, large bathroom with huge shower, and lovely amenities. All staff members were very friendly and helpful. Overall security of the resort was excellent.

they have 3 pools, all of them are really nice and cold. Breakfast was exceptional, so many choices. Service was Great. Room was tidy and clean also more kudos for the decoration and small things in the room. Also, it is close to all the bars.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staffs were very happy, kind and helpful. The room service was excellent. Fabulous breakfast . The toilet has no tube to wash. The pool water was not clean enough.

We had a wonderful time at hotel indigo and we had the best driver Wayan Niko. He was awesome and took us everywhere. He would wait hours for us and it was never too much trouble. We will defend be back with the rest of our family. Thank you hotel indigo!!!

More towards Legian area so not as close to shopping etc, or quality of Seminyak but fine if not planning to leave resort too much depending on what you’re after with a Grab or walking

Just that we got told all pools we need to remain silent. Which is not what happens when u r in a group of 10 traveling together.

Internet wi-fi connection was a bit poor, otherwise everything was perfect.

Very clean, excellent room, extremely attentive and friendly staff, very good breakfast, the location is very good, away from the busy streets, allowing you to come back to a quiet peaceful place after partying. Very good service by the pool, the beach is also accessible from there.

The breakfast buffet didn't have too many vegetarian options. Tried SugarSand restaurant which didn't have vegetarian food either but the staff was kind enough to get the food customised to suit vegetarians.

One of the prettiest property in Bali with a lot of landscaping and greenery. Has good facilities. Spacious rooms.

I would have liked to see more physical activities such as Croquet, Bocce etc. on the extensive lawns. The Happy Hour cocktails were a bit to Balinised for my taste, otherwise the bar service could not be faulted.

Our entire stay was amazing, from a perfect room that met all our special needs, to the quality of our food and the beautiful staff who served us, and the choice of 4 pools to meet everyone's needs. The restaurant manager Arya was a great example of great hospitality, and his staff members, particularly Surya, Minnie and Surya made our dining experiences really memorable. Even the 3 Pool attendants were extremely attentive and helpful. We will definitely be going back.
