Not bad, but you will need a moto to go to the beach.

Very nice staff. Nice pool with view to the jungle. Good comodities (iron, hair dryer...). Out of the box bathroom with no celling - with good shower and bath. Wifi a bit unstable. Good relation price/quality.

We did have a couple of issues (mostly relating to food and food service) but they were fixed by the very helpful staff the following day. Personally I’d stick to the very lovely local dishes on the menu, avoid the western options (frozen items and very odd chicken burgers which were hard) and be specific about what you would like breakfast wise. I would say that the portions are quite small and they do charge for additional items, it’s not much. If you do use the lovely bath be aware that the hot water will run out. Its more than enough for a lovely shallow bath, but have that before anyone showers! We hired a bike which was a bit of a challenge at first. The original given was not great and we had in insist on 2 helmets being provided. However again this issue was fixed. Lovely owners who care about the service they give.

The property is stunning!! Pool lovely and accommodation, clean, well kept and everything inside the room worked. The room was great, Netflix on tv if you want it, a huge bath and nice smelling soaps etc. The bed was soft and extra pillows no problem. In short a great looking comfortable room for the money we paid.

During my stay at Innora Jungle, I was blown away by the unique and luxurious experience. The massive and clean pool featured comfortable lounge chairs while the open-air washroom offered complete privacy with breathtaking jungle views. The modern and stylish fixtures, along with the standout rain shower, left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the rooms offered stunning views of the lush greenery. Overall, I highly recommend Innora Jungle for anyone looking for a unique and luxurious vacation experience.

I love everything especially the outdoor shower and tub. It is a new property. It is a very chill, quiet place. Perfect place to relax and unwind. And their staff, Gui, Adi and Agus, and the owner Eka were very friendly and accommodating. They made sure my stay in Nusa Penida is comfortable. Highly recommended property in Nusa Penida.

You can hear your neighbors from the next room and the air conditioning’s motor very clearly. During daytime it’s fine, but at night it can bother..

very poor communication with the staff. I ordered transport from the hotel to a diving center, then from diving center to the port. Somehow, there was misunderstanding and almost missed our fast boat. I hope English ability of the staff members can be improved. Location was very fair from restaurants and tourist sites. you must rent scooter, and even so, the small roads were pretty difficult to ride. Scooter rental service was poor, as they gave us scooter with almost no gas. Scooter arrived at the hotel pretty late too, as we have already notified them our arrival time at the hotel.

For the price it is good but there was nothing around and the food left a lot to be desired, you can see that the cook did know how to cook but probably the ingredients were not the best, for example the beef burger had a type of processed meat, like mortadella , it was inedible. the juices were very delicious

It was a relaxed and small place, only 5 bungalows

The cabins were far from noise proof, you could hear everything from next door. This was the only issue we had with the property given the price.

We booked this property last minute as it was close to both ports and good value for money. The staff were very accommodating and we booked a tour of the east part of the island through them. The pool was also nice and very quite due to there only being 4 cabins. The room also had a smart tv, iron, kettle and a private bathroom (outside) including a bath. There was also a spa available however, this is a small room with an external body being booked to come in.

The whole place was pretty obviously set up by some investor to look good on pictures - most things do not work properly or are just not practical - staff are all basically teenagers that do not speak English, seem to have no experience in hospitality and just cannot help you - a manager is clearly lacking here - most facilities in the shower / bath are not property mounted to wall or ground and wiggle a lot if you touch them or sit down - bungalows have large holes in the wall so that ants or other animals can easily come inside - sun beds are covered in leather which gets boiling hot even if you put a towel on it - the pool has no steps to get in so that you have to climb in and out - you can’t see the bottom of the pool because the water is very milky - seems very weird for a 1,60m pool - walls are paper thin so that you hear your neighbours every conversation and activities - we had 4 power outages in two days - during that time the showers also don’t work because they are run by the hot water boiler, and no Wi-Fi of course - Wi-Fi in general is rather unstable, I recommend more modems - breakfast was semi, pancakes are horrible as was the coffee (kinda unfiltered)

The view from the resort is amazing, especially the sunset Rooms are spacious and comfortable Showers have hot water and work well (if there is not shower outage)

Small breakfast, my husband literally ate it in 2 bites. The picture is from when we asked for extra bacon! The room were dark. Lack of hygiene principles. When we checked in we realized that the mugs and spoons in our room were used and not washed. We went for a message only to find oily beds and used sheets. We basically ended up helping to clean and set up for the message ourselves. During the message, the phones of the messeuse kept ringing and after some time she just put it on my leg and answered it with the video on. The messeuse of my husband kept burping. We tried to rent scooters but were not provided with helmets since all were broken or extremely dirty. Finally, we booked a boat tour with the resort only to be led to the company that organises tours and being put on a small boat with 25 other people!

The bathroom is nice, as shown in the pictures.

Poor noise insulation . Can hear neighbours TV and conversations late at night and early morning. Hot water tank is 15L which is useless to fill a bathtub to soak in! Breakfast has limited options. You need a motorbike to get around.

    Clean, new place.
