It was a wonderful stay, a perfect week. The hotel is incredibly perfect. It feels like you're dreaming, it's so beautiful. The people who work at the hotel are wonderful, polite, kind, everything is perfect. Of all the countries I've been to hotels, this was definitely the best of all. The pools are huge, everything is beautiful and clean. The food is perfect. I'll definitely go back to this hotel again. The breakfast is incredible, lots of variety. Perfect. I loved it.

This hotel deserves be in better location

I had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and I can't recommend it enough. From the moment we walked into the lobby, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel’s grounds are beautifully maintained, featuring stunning water features and lush greenery that made the surroundings truly serene. The conference room was another highlight – it was impressive and well-equipped, perfect for both business and leisure purposes. We also celebrated my wife’s birthday during our stay, and the room was decorated beautifully with petals, including in the bathroom where the roses added an elegant touch. It made the occasion even more special. Our romantic dinner was absolutely fantastic. The food was top-notch, and the attention to detail was remarkable. The butler who assisted us throughout the evening was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every moment was perfect. Breakfasts has very wide choices of good food. All in all, this hotel provided an unforgettable experience. From the beautiful decor to the exceptional service, every aspect exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely be coming back!

All of us play tennis and the tennis courts, especially Court 2, had a surface issue. We complained to Mr. Urip and he made amends by waiving the Court, racquet and hitter fees for the day and got the courts patched for our next session. I was extremely pleased with his alacrity and urgency in addressing the problem.

The check in process was seemless and fast. We were shown to our room and it was exactly how it was depicted in the pictures. The breakfast is huge with immense variety. It has Continental, Indonesian, Chinese and Indian food. The staff is courteous, and helpful. This resort is massive. We were there for 5 days and did not manage to see the entire property. Its immensity, though, is hidden by the greenery and water bodies all over the resort. The resort feels lush, serene, and relaxing. It has everthing you would want on holiday. They have several pools and the main pool is quite large. The bar at the main pool serves nice cocktails at reasonable prices. The barmen are accomodating and polite. Depending on the room you get, you may have access to a lounge. We had access to the Singaraja lounge and occasionally went there to grab a bite. Guests also get access to parts of the Spa Uluwatu for free. We used the jacuzzi, the steam room and the cold pool almost everyday. I called the concierge twice to sort 2 separate issues. The first was the AC which was not cooling enough. It was sorted out in 15 mins. The second time was to fix a shoe. They sent 2 people from engineering and they sorted the problem. All the staff are extremely sensitive and responsive to any guest requests. We spent most of our time on the resort property, venturing out only to swim in the sea or to sample the seafood bbq restuarants to the left once you get to the beach. Time flies when you are there and the 5 days we spent at the resort were done before we knew it. We only wish we had booked for longer! The Intercontinental Bali Resort is the only place I will consider staying at the next time I am in Jimbaran, Bali.

The room was a little damp and musty, but I called room services and they brought in a dehumidifier which stayed with us the whole stay. It sorted the problem but would of been better to have the option to switch room.

Breakfast was fantastic, the kids selection was great my son loved it.

We were sitting under a faulty speaker at dinner one night that took the shine off was in every other way lovely.

Relaxing at beach front and swimming in ocean. The restaurant food was all really good. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The one big minus thing is the Beach of hotel is very very dirty, i know that most of beaches in Bali is dirty and so many trashes, but i’ve in other beaches there were much public beach like Kuta but there much better than the near Hotel.

Rooms were lovely but very damp which made all my clothes smell and feel damp. The room was really far from reception. On checkout day we were given a later checkout (supposedly) but when we got back to our room we had been locked out and spent quite a while trying to resolve that.

Beautiful setting, lovely pools leading onto a great beach. Great bar/restaurant overlooking the beach. Really close to the airport but not bothered by the planes. Great breakfast.
