Everything was near-perfect; great location-wise, the pool was nice, had a private beach, breakfast was amazing, the only downside that prevented me from giving me a 10/10 is the toilets surprisingly have no bidet! Quite rare and confusing for a hotel in Indonesia. Overall, I would definitely recommend you staying here if you’re looking for a more lowkey and calm retreat in Lombok.

While the baby was taking a nap we could relax at our private pool and daybeds. We rented a scooter to do some sightseeing. It’s truly Indonesia and all the people are so nice!

GermanyThe room definitely needs a makeover. Paint was coming of the walls and shower was very calcified. At the end of the beach there is something like a public trash dump. Hence, lots of plastic on the public site of the beach. The Hotel only keeps its own grounds clean.
The hotel is extremely well located with basically the entire beach only for the hotel. Also the staff is very kind and makes a big effort to keep everything clean despite of rainy weather.

It's great to introducing some local brands to some foreign customers and also they taste much better than the one you provided. Also for and Asian like me, I think no bidet on the toilet is a disaster lol but I still managed it.
The staff was amazing esp Ms. Putri on the reception, I love the interior especially the tiles. The view and the location was beautiful. The pool was good, the food we had for dinner was pretty excellent esp the one with the duck. The breakfast was okay.

It out stands other resorts nearby from its low-key indo design, quiet private beach and nice stuff. Jeeva Klui respected the Lombok culture and nature. We took time reading the huge book they put in the room regarding Lombok history, life, food and more. Thanks for doing that! Tired of resorts which copy same styles to wherever in the world without thinking about the authentic culture from locations.

United StatesThe air con couldn’t stay regulated downstairs, bathroom faucet needed repair to eliminate dripping on floor. They tried 3 times but needed more attention, hated to see water wasted.
The atmosphere, staff, food was good, cleanliness, hospitality, amra pool suite, total experience exceeded expectations. Plus they went out of their way to make my sisters birthday special. Staff was excellent, so many did so much to spoil us, especially Dini & Ken in restaurant.
