Evening meals was a disappointment given the excellent standards of the breakfasts. Ordered local dish and was full of fat with very little meat.

Beach side villa was amazing. Very clean and modern. Outside shower was fully secluded. 5M from the beach. Plenty of sun loungers to choose from. Breakfast was amazing 10/10.

Best resort we have stayed in, the grounds were amazing, the pool spectacular, the food amazing, all the staff beautiful, in particular, Dino, Ken, Windra and Bagus. We met the manager who is lovely and is proud of the family atmosphere amongst staff.

This was our second stay at Jeeva Klui and we can’t wait to go back again. The beautiful gardens and expansive grounds overlooking the best beach in Senggigi. The gorgeous rooms with traditional Indonesian decor and a very comfy bed. It is definitely the staff, however, that makes Jeeva Klui so very special. They are so warm and friendly and make everyone staying there feel incredibly welcomed.

Not being there long enough

Well if carlesberg done hotels... It's here absolutely fantastic.. Well wotth paying the extra for your own pool villas they are outstanding value. You feel like a celebrity the staff are beyond belief nothing is too much trouble. . The food is excellent as us breakfast with a good choice. That you can have right on the beach watching the waves and turtles popping up. And the whole place is just amazing.. Would definatly recommend and if I'm ever in Lombok again its a no Brainerdr....

Jeeva Klui Resort architecturally balances modern amenities with traditional Indonesian design just as seamlessly as locals intertwine their daily lives with guests in an idyllic beach shared by surfers, snorkelers and sunset spear fisherman. Precisely for this reason, guests enjoy a stay enriched not only by the stunning backdrop of a lavish tropical forest surrounding the perfectly landscaped and maintained grounds but also, and above all, by the opportunity to take a peak at the community, traditions and habits. Located a short drive from Bangsal Port with fast boat connections to Bali and an even shorter drive to a local fishing village with charter boats to the Gili islands, this resort serves, in the evenings, exquisite beachfront dinners under lights dangling from a majestic Ficus Lyrata tree as they waltz to the sea breeze and, in the mornings, mouthwatering breakfasts, including eggs Benedict, pancakes, freshly squeezed juices and many other options, under the shade of the same tree. The photographs show the infinity pool, the well-equipped gym, the sauna, the views and other facilities, but what they fail to display is the extraordinary commitment, professionalism, politeness and congeniality of the staff, without exception, from the concierge who will welcome you to the resort with a reinvigorating tamarind juice at the reception desk and a fresh fruit platter waiting for you in your room, to the servers and housekeeping staff who will drop by your room several times a day to refill water bottles, to bring you more Bali coffee, to spray your room at dusk (not a single mosquito bite in 6 days) or to just bring fresh beach towels. The gardeners work tirelessly to upkeep the resort, and we even enjoyed complimentary coconut water as they were cutting down coconuts. Up the hill, the spa boasts the best views and undoubtedly the best massage therapists as we have never felt more relaxed after a massage, a unanimous opinion among guests. Unforgettable!

No iron! We were asked to use hotel’s laundry services for ironing! I’ve never known that in any of my stays. Secondly the bathrooms need extra attention while cleaning during stay. They were very quick to respond to that.

Our room was a generous size with beautiful view of the sea.staff were all very attentive and courteous. The breakfast was excellent quality. We had all our meals at the hotel and every time it was of high quality. Overall a very pleasant stay and we booked again. Spa facilities are very good too. We booked again.

Just be aware that the sea can be very strong in front if the resort. We saw several guests struggling to get back to the beach. I marked cleaniness down 1 because the shower glass was quiet dirty but it probably needs replacing.

A stunning resort on a the beautiful west coast of Lombok. We had a beachfront room upstairs with a stunning view of the sunset. The whole resort has a very stylish feel to it. The restaurant served lovely food and had live duo playing which was amazing and the staff and dinners where all up dancing at the end of the night.What a great atmosphere!! Breakfast was included and really nice. There is a spa, infinity pool, lots of comfortable sun loungers. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

All the hotel staff members are exceptional, from reception to restaurant to room service to general cleaning, they all go about their day with smiles on their faces. A truly service-oriented team. The restaurant serves delicious food and has a remarkable Saturday live music.

I had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and always available to assist with any needs. A special thank you to Windri, Leny, Komank and all the others who were fantastic, though too many to remember by name. Their warmth and hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this resort for a relaxing and pleasant vacation!

- This was my second time here after 8 years, and the resort is showing its age. - Food was a hit or miss depending on your luck, and very expensive given the overall lack of tourist facilities on Lombok - Not informed about the numerous tiny jellyfish in the waters when we booked our snorkelling trip, until we were actually out at sea. Horribly stung and had to see a dermatologist when I got home

Despite a challenging start with the first villa, the staff was very attentive and quickly found a solution (thanks to Rahma & Randy). This made our stay unforgettable. What made it even BETTER was the service! The kindness, availability, and smiles of the staff far exceeded our expectations! A special BIG thank you to DINI (the sunshine of this hotel) & KOMENG. BIG thank you also to Ken, Ayu, Windri, Fitri, girls from the SPA, cleaning staff etc You will truly be missed, and we will return with great pleasure, Inshallah.

It was a great stay @Jeeva Klui. All the staff were attentive and kind. The food and cocktails there were quite nice too, a great place to stay and relax. We also used the Spa facilities and it was super relaxing. Would recommend this place to anyone.

This resort well and truely exceeded my expectations. The grounds are very well maintained and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room with its amazing view of the beautiful beach and ocean, was very comfortable and clean. At turn down each night the room was sprayed for mosquitoes and a refillable water bottle and clean glass were placed beside the bed. I thought this was a great idea. We ate at the restaurant every night of our 5 night stay as the setting, ambience and food were excellent. Everything about this place was delightful and we cannot wait to return. The staff here deserve a special shout out for their excellent service especially Windri, Dini, Koamang and Ken who made sure we had a table booked each night in our favourite location and provided help with menu selections and general excellent service.

TV was positioned awkwardly in the room. Some of the covers on the balcony/pool had spots while I understand they are exposed to the weather it could be improved. Breakfast was good (a la carte) unfortunately dinner/lunch was nothing special. Ended ordering out most of the time.

Amazing stay overall. Staff were amazing and helpful. Kudos to Dini in the restaurant for remembering names and room numbers of everyone always super friendly. The hotel does not have many rooms/villas so is super quiet and never crowded. Great fast WiFi
