I loved that it was walking distance to the beach. I also loved chatting with the family who own the place who made me feel very at home.

It was a bit pricey for what you got. The shower water did not drain and the toilet and sink were both leaking.

Great location, not a lot of traffic noise. Breakfast was okay: choice of omelette, pancakes, sunny side up and nasi/mie goreng, some fruit and coffee or tea.

The shower and toilet had pressure issues, it happened that shower stopped in the middle. The lighting could be better as it was a bit dim.

Location is very strategic really close to Kayu Aya beach (next to Kudeta club) where you can also take surfing lesson. Seminyak village (mall) is just by 5mins walking and there are many shops and food nearby. The bed is comfy and you can choose the breakfast. You can ask for daily cleaning as well.

It is located in a nice area very close to the beach (5 min walk). The property is run by a lovely local family. Given the location and the price you are paying for it, you can forgive some minor flaws, e.g. there was no hand soap in my room even though there was a liquid soap container (empty) at the sink (I used the shower gel which was provided). Breakfast was good for the price I paid. Good to stay for a night or two.

It was all good. The place is pretty basic but it’s clean with working AC so I’ve no complaints.

The location is great. Right near the beach. Very happy that my dog was allowed to stay. The room was large and comfortable. Plenty of power points. Great value.

There was a small pipe leak at the side of the toilet which I am sure will be fixed.

Breakfasts were lovely, consisting of omelette and tomato, with a plate of papaya, and a cup of tea. The garden and plants were lovely and tropical. The family were very friendly and helpful.

I like that it's close to restaurants. Going to the beach is a little walk. It's not really near but not too far either. Since I had to carry lots of stuff with me like tent, beach toys,and food, I always called Grab motorcycle to take me there which only cost me 14000 rupiah. Room-wise, I got a budget room for 3 days that cost me almost 840k rupiah, the room was a little dark, probably because of the color of the ceiling . The bathroom looks old but clean. They clean it but I wish they would repair some stuff there like the shower holder or perhaps change the color of the ceiling. Also, the person cleaning was so nice,she cleaned the room thoroughly. Thanks to her. We left the room in a hurry tho because we had to catch a flight. Thank you , again 😊

Unfortunately the accommodation is not what looking at the pictures. Bathroom is very very dirty and the rest of the room was also not very clean. The child says is for free but the breakfast was charged. If was included in the price we pay should not be charged, or?

There was no water the 2nd evening - it was trickling so could not finish shower. The key was very difficult to put in/out of the keyhole.

The owners were very kind and friendly. The room was comfortable, good bed and good room size. Excellent location and super near the bitch and Ku De Ta - legendary landmarks in Seminyak.

Location was excellent. Absolutely near the beach. Just beside Ku De Ta Restaurant. Not too many options in breakfast. Rice, fruits etc.

Musty smells that comes around the room sometimes. The room is dark and lack of proper space for sunlight and air to flow in. The toilet is leaking and not too clean, a few spots with rusty stains. The keyhole on the door is rusty and get stucked when to lock and unlock with the key.

Stylish room actually but an old property. The guesthouse provided bottles of water. I like the bed, it is spacious and comfortable with a good comforter and nice pillows.
