Felt there was no vibe around the pool area. Needs music! Feels like a sleepy area. Also felt it needed a day time bar that you could sit at and enjoy the views.

Beautiful resort felt very lush and expensive. Wonderful attentive staff always on call for any request. The villas were outstanding and well thought out for comfort and size.

The facilities are amazing , private and common swimming pools, beaches and wonderful spa with many different types of treatments available . The people made everything possible to please us and were extremely helpful and accommodating. The service was exceptional. The restaurant had very nice food for breakfast and dinner, personnel were just great , everything organised to the smallest detail. We were especially impressed after checking out how the people waived when we were leaving with the taxi for the airport. Great hospitality and warmth felt at home.Highly recommend this place for holiday.

Top top top service, very hospitable around the clock, the place is super family friendly, i informed them that i have a baby and we were welcomed with baby toiletries, baby robe, and baby slippers. The villa was amazing, the food at the resort was delicious, we also had the private dining experience which was perfect in all aspects. we also had the complementary photoshoot with Julia, the pictures were all so good that we bought the album. I will definitely be coming back to Jumairah Bali.

Jumeirah Bali is a stunning resort set amongst tropical gardens on beautiful Dreamland Beach. The resort is architecturally interesting and beautiful, clean and has all the 5 star luxury comforts. The restaurants are very good. Breakfast is exceptional. Pools overlook the beach and are spacious and easy to use. The poolside, butler and buggy services are prompt and responsive to any need. The staff are friendly, kind and respectful and so helpful.

I did not like the management of the beach, they have a few very old sunbeds on the public beach Dreamland, they clean only in front of the sunbeds and nearby is dirty. Unless improved, it is a big minus. Also, they do not have free shuttle for the center of Uluwatu. Another thing: there is lack of personality in the yard resort which is huge.

The villa is spectacular, the pool is huge, we were lucky to have intimacy (because in other villas you can see the neighbors), you can communicate with reception on whatsapp.

Sometimes you need to wait a while for the buggies unles you want to walk (which is ok). This is Jumeirah so dont be suprised about the prices (lunch, dinner, transportation, etc)

Juneiirah level hotel! Everything works at high level, everything is super clean, service and staff is exceptional, pool and beach are nice, our Ocean View Villa was exactly as it was in pictures - or even better. Really enjoyed our stay. Also, breakfast was superb.

For safety reasons the staff may ask you a lot the number of your room. The resort is large, beautiful, but because of all the fences and the security procedures we felt trapped.

Sometimes the buggies can take some time to arrive, however it is relatively easy to walk around the resort - lucky it is so beautiful.

Amazing amazing amazing. This hotel experience has ruined me for all future hotels. From the check in process, to the amazing food, to the pools and facilities - the staff anticipated our every need before we even knew it was a need (my husband came back to a book mark in his book - adorable) and absolutely spoilt us with complimentary welcome drinks, snacks, desserts - the works. The breakfast staff were particularly sweet and attentive.

The reception staff could have been trained better. The girl who checked us in couldn’t wait for us to make a deposit and didn’t care that we were too tired from a long travel. It’s not the first time we stayed there, so this level of insistence came off almost rude. Also the smell in the bathrooms - it comes and goes, but it’s quite unpleasant especially for a great resort like Jumeirah.

Amazing place, incredibly beautiful 😍 The villas, the view, the whole property - just wow!🤩 Most of the staff is very nice - breakfast team, pool and beach guys, spa girls and our favorite - the front gates security guys. So kind and welcoming! The spa deserves a special review, as it offers some great treatments including the massages, steam room and also hammam. The took Royal Dwara program and enjoyed it far beyond our expectations! Thanks again to our spa therapist.

The property is in an amazing location, very open and private, above a beautiful beach which can be reached in few steps from the pool. High end elegant details and finish. Very accommodating staff, well trained. 6 star even for Asian standards.

Incredible luxury resort. The villa is huge, and the private pool and outdoor area were great. The activities we didn’t in the hotel were a lot of fun. Great staff, very polite and always going the extra mile for you.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was incredible. Every detail and aspect of the stay was impeccable. We’ve never been in a hotel quite like this. The staff are top class as is every other aspect. A brilliant treat and a once in a lifetime type experience.

Everything during the stay was perfect. The hotel facilities were outstanding both for the villa and the common areas. Food during breakfast (a la carte and buffet both provided) with a wide variety of options and Akasa Restaurant for dinner was outstanding. In addition, the staff really made our stay memorable, I couldn't name them all but hats off for Adi (Akasa), Lasri, Ayu and Devina (Spa), Diah (pool and restaurant)

There was nothing not to like. I’m just so happy that I was fortunate enough to be there.

It was fantastic from the moment I arrived to the minute I left. I felt as if I was in heaven. The staff were beyond wonderful. Always a surprise of how caring and helpful they were. An absolute wonderful stay at this most beautiful hotel. I want to come back soon. Thank you all for such an amazing experience. 🙏
