Amazing location for relax. Staff were very friendly, the property was amazing and the pool incredible. Massage was wonderful and the food delicious. I will go definitely again to this wonderful place. It was like a paradise.

The access road to the property can be tricky on motorbike since it is the rainy season and the holes on the track were filled with water. It was strange not to have a reception area but the check in & check out still went out smoothly.

The location and the view over the river amazing. The Bambu restaurant beautiful and the spa was ideally located so we could hear the water from the river below. The layout of the bedroom space very functional with adequate storage space & the small terrace & outdoor bath tub a plus. The staff very helpful, friendly & welcoming.

Flowers took time to replace after their use by date.....TV is very limited with only utube, otherwise you pay.

Location a bit far, which is not a big issue, only now a lot of new facilities being built around which is a bit spoiling the peacefulness of the place The last part of the road could use some renovation ;)

Construction taking place on either side. Work begins at 8am. Management kindly moved me down the valley to a riverside villa which was more peaceful.

Not much in walking distance but it's easy to get into ubud centre with a moped so no problem!

Incredible stay! Peaceful, clean and amazing setting. Staff are so friendly and the rooms are beautiful. Pool is clean and the whole place is maintained so well. Breakfast is yummy and massage on site was perfect. Cannot sing more praises over this place.

As a suggestion, I would love if they could provide insecticide in spray to every guest. To many bugs in this country hahahaha.

Beatufil place with beautiful staff and amazing views. The staff is very kind and attentive! You can dine with views of the jungle from top of a cliff, the sound of the wildlife is like music, you can take a relaxing massage as well on an open cabin where you can enjoy the views and the wildlife noise. Also, the cabins where you'll stay are romantic and picturesque. Love the place!

Staff refused some of my requests a couple of times. The road to the actual hotel is not very good and kind of ruins your look on the whole luxury of the hotel

The sceray is great, in the middle of the jungle, feels private and comfortable ☺️
